| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Lack of investigation, No proper evidence provided and no response from community manager through discord Private Message |
| What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? | I was accused of having another second account called Bukavac, but I dont have a legitimate explanation other than why would I have another account if my main account has good score and in game money? it makes no sense and i am aware that the only evidence against me on this part of the ban was a conversation leak in which said I sas Bukavac but this not good enough/ lack of proof because i could say anything on private chat to anyone and not really mean it / lie about it so unless you have proof on that part of the ban then otherwise its just fictional and not true. Encouraging ban evasion is just purely pathetic and not normal because why would I ever encourage a player to ban evade? its like telling someone to do something bad and if that happens, all punishment would be directed to that individual. So this is not good enough for a ban reason since its based on another player action, not mines. Regarding the conversation leak about ban evading this is just once again something I said in which has been against me on my ban? My point of this is that sharing tools outside MCNR is just a normal thing to do and having private conversations are between both players, no need to emphasize the part of encouraging as information is out there on the net to research these sort of things. I never did a DDOSS attack on MCNR because why on earth i would attack a server with a perfect account? I understand once again the evidence used against me was a conversation leak on what I said to another player involving the word "Corporate". But this is just purely pathetic and not good enough because I am telling truth on all accounts and certainly see this ban as " a thing on what I said but never in reality did". |

| Any more information to provide? | I am aware that another player of mine was banned for the same reason technically like me. given that he did a private appeal to community Manager through discord and was given a unban would make me eligible to play this server as in reality I was banned because of a leaked conversation outside the server and as you know anything can be edited/ added to make the other party look bad so i am kindly requesting to play again as no proper evidence has been provided on all charges other than a screenshot and no factual evidence to any third party claims. i'm used to it,as always an admin was mad at me,so he used a pretext to ban me and to have his mental "revenge" ,isn't this power abuse tho?
