| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Well i guess cynosy was just mad after getting killed by me and i had to quit which i did while there was no one around me, I wasn't avoiding anything at all No one was shooting me or chasing me. |
| What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? | I was playing on my own peacefully while i got attacked by cynosy which lead to conflict anyway i managed to kill him and he kept coming after me. I killed him near Richman probably i dont remember exactly and went straight near the bank i called my supply but i had to leave for breakfast asap, Secondly and most importantly I made sure there was no one around me, i wasn't fighting anyone at that moment, No one was chasing me therefore had to go so i quit. yet i got banned for Quit to avoid. |

P.S As you stated above you damaged our cars and it all started from there For your video You still got killed by cop not by us . That's why we came to kill you where we died by red dragon near PD.

You really don't have to be sentimental over loosing hardly 10hp for an armor, Which was by the way an honest mistake. Also about my realization, Yes that's the point that i stopped upon realizing that i don't have revenge on you since i checked my action logs and stopped as soon as i could, Which clearly states i had no intentions to Death match you. So about "counts as a DM" part of yours, I'd rather leave it on admins if i were you, instead of convincing someone to punish you for over loosing 10 hp .
Also, Earlier on your video where i got killed by Red_DragoN and bunch of your other mates near LVPD thought that you shot me there as well along with them since it was a messed up scenario for me. That's why it happened in the first place.
and that's exactly why i decided to stop and took over the Bike and let pain shoot you since he had the reason to shoot you i believe which i have been told cz you shot him somewhere near come a lot, Had no intention of rule breaking by dming you.

| Ban/infraction reason and details | A random guy tried to kill my crew member inside the bank and in retaliation we shot him back, He was down and got killed by vippy, I got banned and infracted for C-bug which wasn't even cbug. I tried to change weapon and it failed right few moments before the guy died also one more thing to note the guy was already dead he got killed by wT_vippy not by me, I did not even shot him once with my so called c-bug. |

Because Honestly i try to avoid c-bug as much as i can and i didn't even shot that guy with cbug as shown in the video. This isn't the first time he did something like that, looking for stupid reasons to punish us. |

Sorry to hop in here like this, my name has been mentioned above so im replying.
The fact is i know iskroll from the server i used to play and im the one who invited him here actually, i don't know what he got ban for regardless whatever the reason is, if it's regarding confusion between 2 person playin on a same account it's a misunderstanding and i can vouche for this. As i know him for years he plays from internet cafe with his friends. iskroll is a different person and baba yaga is different. Ofc the decision is upto Administration to decide since i have 0 clue about the reasons. This is just to let y'all know they both are 2 different person and not the same playing from the cafe.
