Denied Appeals / My ban appeal

| Ban/infraction reason and details | I was wrongfully banned for supposedly "leaking player address" and another bullshit reason of "death threats" to which our dear manager Moody hasn't responded to/about till date which classifies tht reason as null and void. |
| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | I believe this ban is wrongful because I certainly did not leak the address of [wT]nova in public chat and rather messaged him privately about it. |
| What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? | I sincerely request the management to reduce this ban to 2-3 months as I really do not deserve this long of ban, although on fair grounds I don't deserve this at all because there was no "leak". But I will still be happy to accept a reduced ban but better I'd like this ban to be removed, again on fair grounds. |
| Any witnesses that can vouch for you? | @Moody, I would ask him to review logs and firstly show us all where my "death threats" are and secondly confirm it that I did not leak anybody's address in public chat. |

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | I haven't sent any death threats to nova, although upon saying certain thing to him I'd like to apologize for the other thing I've done |
| What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? | Basically, I was constantly provoked by nova and leaked his confidental info, I'm fully aware of the case, and all however you should take into account that I simply sent It out of influx and I'd like to apologize for that, I had no intention of causing direct harm, and I'd like to request a reduced duration of ban. Maybe 2 or 3 months? 6 months is a bit too much in my opinion and should be reduced to adequate amount or replaced with infractions. |

| Ban/infraction reason and details | Nova messaged me through game echo when I was playing and asked me to check discord for a "surprise". At first, I refused, but he insisted, so I did, I told him I was waiting for his DM to come, in the meantime, I get hit with the ban hammer, no reason whatsoever. (Also I'm curious to know who issued it) |

| Please consider enforcing | Most new cops will tend to ram non threat players and eventually kill them the moment they turn orange, if this is done with new players for a prolonged time it simply destroys the will of the person to play, so I would like to suggest about showing each and every cop which is of rank below 6 to unskippably read the rules for dm and db or establish a firm anticheat and detector system. |

As ya'll can relate the current theme in the forums kinda sucks, it would be so fucking great it we replaced the already existing white BG textures with black or dark gray leaving blue and other existing colors to contrast.
Also to add a menu option in Look and Layout ---> Forum theme leaving players to choose between dark and light.
Looking forward to support and votes on this suggestion from ya'll to turn this into reality as it must have been the dream of many to experience dark theme in MCNR Forums.

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | So basically, the other day I called @xXxZIDANExXx the C word, he reported me on the forums, to which @Mido replied "it's not something that's not allowed", after that when I called @Mido one, he gave me an infraction for disrespecting staff, which makes 100% sense. After that, he proceeded towards banning for the reason "forum-report" |
