I can't believe this happened. MCNR's birthday is 1 month away from turning 5 years old and we are accepting people that doesn't know how to play by the rules. People that need programs to help their horrendous aim and other game mechanics. And yet we observe them going to the Team with disregard of their past.

You wanna know what I think? I think I'm having 2021 flashbacks — we will have #staff-chat leaked for the community to glance and other atrocities. Not to mention that I sense it already have been leaked into their Discord underground chatroom.

I thought of the same thing literally few days ago witnessing toxic assholes in-game insulting each other back and forth for an hour straight. The fact that community became extremely hostile towards each other in a matter of a year or so is downright sad. Not to mention ex-cheaters in the staff team...

Reminds me of my previous server, we had a suggestion on the (now extinct) forum of a player asking "Admins can u pls remove the girls?" We didn't understand at first, but the guy was talking about on the loading screen we used to have the object in Old Venturas Strip of a cowgirl lifting and putting her leg down. That was Haram as hell, my guy wanted to make his game more halal. Fun times.

I'm sure we had a guy asking the same about censoring LV Strip here on forums too

Kinda funny that in a Cops and Robbers server there's no cop chases, there's shootouts, like if this game was 171 Ride or Die.

As far as both parties utilize same HP vehicles and have no passengers, there will be a chase

I'm personally against private complaints, it's less transparent. Management isn't required to publicly discipline staff but should decide on a complaint just like any other player complaint, so reportee knows the outcome.

Anyway, point is, if a player doesn't want to tell his last nickname, that's up to him. That should be none of your concern what he was known as before. He'll tell you if he feels like it.

It doesn't take more than 3 seconds for me because I use scroll wheel to sprint. Use it and you won't complain about it.

Makes sense to make it jail-like without ability to skip it.

I'm not someone who clutches fights with drops, but I see it as another criminal nerf. If you compare the number of criminals and cops who use drops, it's obvious who is getting nerfed more by this suggestion. Totally wrong direction of thinking.

Not sure what can be done about improving a 2004 game server in 2023. There's a lot of things to take into an account, but the most important is, indeed, dopamine a.k.a having fun; actual legit fun which doesn't make others infringed. Anything can be done about it? In a short-term - yes, in a long one - most likely not.

Those who stuck with whatever server in whatever game for a long period of time and have witnessed it shut down, would understand that everything eventually comes to an end. Don't take this as some kind of an epic/cringe speech by the way, I'm just saying that many factors led to this moment and the point of no return was crossed. HostTab was probably the last nail. Right now, the server as the concept itself, is heading towards the finish line.

Remember, life is about the journey. Take notes and move on.
