Crew wars lead to making of hell lot of rdm reports by players. So to make it simple they bought a new rule. According to this rule if leaders of both the parties who are having war agree that its a war. Then rdm is allowed in that period of time. You are only allowed to rdm/fight the players who are participating in the war.

Good luck with this attitudeyeah you don't have any names now you are trying to make new stuff up good luck with trying to ruin up the reputation of us managers without any valid proof and when its to dealing with a report not one manager deal with report, we discuss it other managers before making a decision
