It MUST be an option to do /rpv, just think about the problems it can cause not being able to get your vehicle back
And you said you're a new player, you better buy yourself a bullet and allow someone to steal it and not be able to /rpv afterwards. Then you'll take this suggestion down.

It better be a bet, when sending the duel request you also set an amount of cash, between a range, as a bet, then if it's accepted, the winner takes it.

it just doesn't work, with a dark gray smoke on the engine something like the way cars get recked before burning, it maintains that state

How about vehicles don't explode at all if the amount of fuel is 10% or lower?
The way it's gonna benefit the players is that if they don't want to risk paying for a recovery, which is extremely expensive at this point, they can take keep the fuel within the safe range. It also makes sense, realistically speaking.

Is this possible?

Cops come into the bank and take your armour while you can't deal any dmg, that's one example.

House limits should be increase too. With new economy, Richman mansions are worth atleast 80M+.
10M limit is just a peanut thing to be honest. Even 100k bullet is now 1.7m.

I don’t even remember rejecting that.

People rely on supply drops too much. They are not supposed to be used as a more convenient way to get weapons and ammo. They are meant to be used in an emergency when you are under attack.

I’m not fully against implementing something along these lines one day, but not at the moment.

I understand your point. Flares add fun to the game, they extend the fights and help specially criminals who don't want to easily go to jail. And honestly getting a single weapon with a drop that you have paid much for isn't too much. I rarely change my set of weapons. But sometimes it can be useful that's it.

I guess this is impossible to be scripted, but I don't know; it might be.

as far as I know it's possible to lock the oxygen bar. And just place some objects ar the bottom of the sea and if that takes RAM. Then maybe it can be something like a mission or treasure hunting. Idk. Mike knows better.

You need to buy an air tank (capsule) from the bait shop, and it gives you oxygen for maybe 3 mins or something. Just like the jetpack. So you don't drown.

You dive to swim in depth of the sea or any water in the active city to find pearls, treasure and etc. There can be "Jewelry shop" added like Ikevoodoo suggested so that you sell your findings to the shop. Selling high value stuff like treasures, old coins and expensive pearls is illegal, so you'll become wanted for it.
You'll get wanted levels when you deliver the fundings.

Why?
- some people like to spend time alone and just earn or do some activity
- It's another new way to commit minor crimes

Now instead of typing -1, give some ideas and use your brain.
