Denied Appeals / Wrongfully infracted for dEaThMaTcHiNg

Ban/infraction reason and details	I was minding my own business when I was issued my first infraction. At first I thought it was issued wrongfully, so I texted in the global chat "why did I got an infraction", no answer of course. AFTER THAT, I was jailed?? Dude, I remember going to the Fort Carson Sheriff because there were 2 cops with $5,000 bounty on their heads, so obviously I entered the County Sheriff Dept. and started blasting with my Sawns. For your entertainment I was quickly arrested and put to jail, FAIRLY. I noticed, besides the two cops each with their $5,000 on their heads there was a third person, I don't know if that person's name was 'Hakkurai' or not. (see file <bullshit.png>)
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I just think it's unfair to issue a warning without I actually and WILLINGLY assaulting an unarmed civilian. I also think it's unfair to issue me a warning and put 2 infraction points 10 MINUTES LATER the incident in which I saw three cops inside the Fort Carson County Sheriff.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I attacked NOBODY besides the two cops with $5,000 bounties.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Erick_Sullivan (cop with 5K bounty)
Any more information to provide?	Nothing else to add, just left with this unfairness unexplained.

Implemented Suggestions / Add another Ammu-Nation in SF

My idea is to add a second Ammu-Nation inside the city of San Fierro, since there is ONLY ONE available in the whole city.

Here is the picture of the one and only that I'm talking about:



I find it very annoying when I arrive and enter into that only one Ammu-Nation in Queens, finding out it was ROBBED recently.

I suggest to add an interior just like a normal Ammu-Nation, and outside of the building it being on Calton Heights, as seen in this image:



I chose this location (and building) because it is on the very other extreme of the map, the one in Queens being more Southern and this one being more Northern sided.

Thoughts?

Implemented Suggestions / Refund bounties

naranja has placed a bounty on Claude of $10,000.
Claude (obviously) quitted the game.
naranja, you were refunded $10,000 due to chickeness.

As simple as those three lines above, I suggest bounties should be refunded once a player decided to chicken out on the game ('/q').

Title says it all.

Yesterday I have placed a bounty on Claude for $10,000 and he (after some minutes) quitted the game. He later connected and said "i wAs LagGiNg brO" but this is a normal excuse of him.

Regardless, the question I wanted to raise is are the bounties that I put on someone's head refunded to me once they quit the game and their head prize is clear from the hit list ('/hits')?

I know the $500 are not refunded of course, but I wanted to know if the $10,000 are.

Rejected Suggestions / [Forum-wise] Ability for us to resize our signatures/images

Mike, is there any way you (or TommyB) could see in the forum's host SMF Simple Machines if we could be able to resize our signatures OR when we're placing an image in a thread?

I propose that we as players could resize signatures and images posted on threads if we feel like the images are too big; and for admins to resize player's signatures to an acceptable size so we don't have to scroll a lot.

Right now I have come across an overly-sized image as a signature from a player and it's huge, it is probably 900 pixels wide.

I will pass an example:



Ironically I tried to resize this image (from 931x285 to 465x142) to test it and it has no effect.

Rejected Suggestions / Criminal X has crashed/timed out [and jailed].

Okay the suggestion I'm about to make (and I should've done this way before) is to NOT auto-arrest a criminal once that person crashes/times out. I find it pretty annoying that I was hopping in my vehicle and, as tradition of SA-MP clients, we need to have one or two crashes before we can play normally. I crashed, and I knew I was going to get jailed because I noticed my red 6 stars were not blinking once I was hopping inside my Infernus on Santa Maria Beach.

In resume I just think it's unfair that a person whose connection TIMED OUT/CRASHES has the same treatment than a person that deliberately did '/q' or 'ESC Exit game' in order to evade the cops.

Fixed Bugs / Wheel Arch Angels' side skirts are missing

In-game name: Naranja

What happened?: Vehicles that you own and that are customizable by Wheel Arch and Angels do not save Side Skirts. They save everything that you add in them, besides the side skirts.

This is a recurring bug due to the fact that I added the skirts in my vehicle (since they were not there) ad then once I relogged they were not there anymore. Not on my vehicle "Uranus" nor my "Sultan" vehicle — so I assume all the vehicles customizable by W.A.A. are suffering from this bug (Elegy, Flash, Jester, Stratum, Sultan and Uranus).

Additional information: Check the image's timestamps. Print-screens are organized by the time of occurrence.

Hello everyone my name is Naranja and I'm kinda new here, I've been playing for a while in-game but I neglected creating a forum profile, until now.

The forums are great, I was familiar with SMF Simple Machines technology before, and they put up a nice page organization.

Besides MCNR I like birds (cockatiels mostly), skateboarding, video editing, and driving. What do you adore? Would like to know what you are into and perhaps start new friendships. Thank you for reading!
