The main reason of this suggestion is to make cops equal to criminals even why not totally, but still this might help a lot. Many times during a bank robbery i've faced situations like we kill cops and they get spawned in a police department close to bank like Dillimore or Fort Carson close to the hideout and get us killed. As criminals we lose weapons and be in jail for 2-3 mins while when a cop get killed lose nothing but just get spawned in PD.
How hospital system should work ?First of all a hospital interior must be created. If a
civil get killed by a civil or a
cop get killed by a criminal the killed player will be hospitalized like on the picture in bed for 30-60 sec with injured animation applied until he recover instead of spawning in police department or outside hospital (criminals killed by cops has to go in jail). After the hospitalized player recovers he can exit the hospital with health only and has to go in ammu or PD to buy armour ( this does not include losing weapons).
