if you saw this again try going to garcia's sex shop if there was a hole or you were seeing your chats/commands are not working you are desynced
note: try using interaction menu too (hold Y) if nothing happens you're desynced
it has happened to me before too

I would play right now but this bug wont let me
its like you look at the sky and see rain and nothing more and if you move you will get TPed back or slapped   your screen may go colorful too
