Its been more than 3 months since I've not heard back from any single complaint of what happened and many other got same stance.

That's why we demanding transparency.

"Its been more than 3 months" more than 3 months since what? You last contacted Mike about your complaint or you didn't contact mike? Because i am pretty sure if you don't get any response within around 3 days you can contact a manager or Mike

I support this, staff complaints should be public again. It will greatly improve some things in the community.

Yea but again some people would just be shittalking to the staff member about the outcome if the staff member in question is disciplined i have seen it happen a lot of times with Dani and Clara. So on this point i agree with the complaints should be private but with the thing where they don't respond for a long time i can't agree with that

jesus christ it took me a year to get 100k points

I started playing mcnr in 2021 and i was fishing a lot i maxed out all job ranks and i grined obj for a few days but before the reset my score was 98k i didn't even get to see 100k

The people that have to be banned that i had report of submitted aren't even banned.

And the people you reported today the complaints are not viewed by the staff team yet it takes time for the staff team to respond just because you don't get an immediate response doesn't mean it is denied

I can attest to this. I've had 2 staff complaints pending since February, and I've got no response yet. Idk what's going on here. I sent a DM to Karbz on Discord a few weeks ago, but he ignores me.

According to this new system if you dm Karbz and got no response then you must DM Mike and then Mike will make the managers do their job

if they start shooting the only choice you will have is killing them and if you kill them the robbery will fail so you are saying there should be a chance to fail +1
also the Vault guard shooting is like an AOE damage even when he is not aiming at anyone if he is shooting everyone that passed the door to the vault will start losing health so idk how this system would work on the NPCs in the store

- What happened exactly? I went into pd to pay my ticket and after i paid i noticed the message that appears in the middle of my screen shows weird letters
- Can you replicate the issue? yes
- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves?
1. You must have 1 star wanted level
2. Go into Pd and then pay your ticket at the red checkpoint
3. You will see a message will appear in the middle of your screen but it will show weird letters
Please provide screenshots and/or a video if these will help us identify the issue.

The special cargo seems to be capped at 45k, you get also some money from the cargo sure and some distance bonus but still, this looks wrong as well in any way you calculate it.

Wait I just noticed it is not capped it gave you exactly the amount shown in this picture

Look at this

There were 2 money given with the name "cargo"


The sum of these two
$43,689 + $45,000 = $88,689
which was shown at the beginning of the cargo advertise

The rest are just bonuses
