This isn't his first infraction ban. he should have known server rules after his first infraction ban, as you said you have explained all the rules so I couldn't unban him, the ban will stay but I will decrease his ban to 2 weeks.

Yes, you have been banned for max infraction points. The last infractions were given by me because you started shooting cops while being innocent, which isn't allowed.
