So the past couple of days ive had really bad wifi and i kept desyncing/having high ping cause of it and i got a couple of warnings,but just before i quit i guess i got desynced and it said Server closed connection and i went to sleep untill today at about 21:00 i didnt log in and when i logged in i got the ban message,i was wondering if we can work something out im able to provide any information needed

| Ban/infraction reason and details | I got killed by a guy with a crifle from about 3 meters away which looked very suspicious and he started acting like a kid so i told him to stfu and about 15 mins later i get infractioned and banned |
| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Its not the first time that dude's been suspicious hes not that old of a player and hes hitting some weird shots his friend recently got banned for cheats |

What was happening? | There was a bank robbery going on so i went there and he was the first person to come out he didnt even load properly as soon as i was out of my car i ran to the left and about 2-3 meters away he just flicks and headshots me |
