Fair gameplay for everyone.

The FPS limit won´t be changed just because you have a PC that can run the game on 360FPS while everyone else can do fine with 120.
Just to be better and faster at fighting others is not a reason to increase the FPS, especially if it is just about DM.

It is getting repetetive when you get a police chase or a crime scene investigation and such missions with repeat Ing routes and places. Can there be like 10 different places/paths instead of just 3 for each city on these missions?

The limit is not the problem.
The problem is everyone plays the way they want.

There are situations where a Police Officer (newbie or regular) goes to arrest a person, taze and cuff and suddenly an innocent player starts to kill the police officers to help out the cuffed suspect.
There are situations where a Police Officer is chasing somebody in a vehicle and a civilian in a BULLET helps him out by drive-bying the said police officer and then finishing him off.
There are situations where im happily robbing a shop, until a bullet with a police officer comes in and blasts me with sawn offs or ocasionally a Rustler kamikadzes into me.

Police Officers are supposed to drive police vehicles, yet they drive the fastest vehicles and play like its a DM server.
Robbers are supposed to drive normal vehicles but since people complain that normal vehicles are slow they drive bullet/infernus/sultan.

People go around in fast vehicles using driver drive by and play like its a Freeroam Deathmatch server, instead of playing it like a CNR roleplay server.

Everyone is complaining about imbalance, meanwhile people play the gamemode like fast and furious impossible stunts, i get it´s a game but if you want balance then do something for it not complain all day, go as a civilian commit some crimes if you are tired of a driving simulator... find something else to do.

Nigga aint no way u just said cops lose money when they die..
bruh.. all they lose is their armor and their personal car if they used it. meaning they usually lose around 2k per death meanwhile we mw lose around 50k
i mean THE NUMBERS are there why yall keep on talking lmao
30k-50k each death  as a civ
1.5k-2k each death as a cop
doesnt require alot of intelligence to know that this shit aint fair.

So you want to fairly loose money, despite police officers earning 1/3 of a criminals income (which is robbing unless you are doing a job).
Besides, you CHOOSE to loose those 30.000 dollars by committing crimes since this is the only activity you see in MCNR, because for me doing a regular job, doing collectibles, fishing with friends and more activities are fun.


Or if you are smart, you rob the bank when the time is right, spend some time out of the active city to get your wanted level off (if only /gps players did not exist it would be alot easier) and then do the same thing, or learn tactics from @Hank_Montgomery he can single-handedly take down and run away from 15 police officers. Learn and ADAPT, instead of complaining on the forums with your tone alphabet.

It´s called reporting somebody for harassing you, how is this gonna balance anything?
If you ram a police officer, then that is usually your problem... not watching the road carefully and driving at full speed if it was unintentional.

Mike added it for police officers, then removed it.
Im pretty confident he had a reason to remove it, besides if you die by a criminal you still loose money so what is the difference?

Some people don´t even watch the FIRST tutorial and now you want to force them to do a test that half of them don´t understand?

Rather make a tutorial where you are shown how to arrest/detain a suspect than asking them questions since it´s boring.

ok so... getting killed by 10 cops almost every single time u turn mw or actually do any kind of crime is playable for u.. oh forgot... u play as a cop 24/7.. thats why  u dont see anything wrong with this server.. nigga pls.. stop bullshitting me and start acting like a human being.. nigga said getting killed by aimboters is playable.. are u actually dumb ? i cant even argue with someone that has this kind of logic tbh
It´s a risk you need to take in order to earn quick money, although the problem is not that there are too many police officers, the problem is you can be found EASILY, with /Gps players and the ammount taken is either decent or very low.
Apparently you don´t play because so far i have been a criminal most of the time and rarely a police officer, even then i don´t really participate that much in hunting criminals and when i do i don´t drive superbulletprooftirearmoured bullets but actual police vehicles or think of a more fun way to get criminals ;).

If there are aimbotters, record, report on the forums or privately into admins private messages. So far you have been talking nonsense and have not given any evidence regarding your statement, unless the aimbotters are admins or players frequently visiting the forums. Showing multiple occasions is necessary for your claims to be acceptable regarding the unplayable environment because "TAKE MY WORD FOR IT" does not work in this scratched world anymore. IF the game was unplayable, you could not complete jobs, robberies, side missions or actually play the game in a way IT WAS INTENDED TO be played not the way you want it to be played and that is a difference.

-> Nerfing the Law Enforcement is not an easy thing, so far the suggestions were:
- increase weapon prices -> Police earnings are low unless you are directly hunting criminals, so you would loose money as a police officers.
- limit to police officers -> A player cannot be forced to play as a civilian if he does not want to.
The only good fix to this would be to limit the number of FBI/SWAT personnel active on duty resulting in the rest being regular police officers without the head damage protection.
- cooldown after getting killed -> If you get killed as a most wanted by a most wanted/civilian then you respawn at a hospital, but if you get killed by a police officer, you got CAUGHT. Same cannot apply to police officers, they died in the line of duty not in the line of taking the moneybag into a stash.
The only viable thing would be to see your character have a small custscene. "You have been sent to the hospital for treatment", then it shifts into a scene where it says "You have been sent back to the police department after the treatment", This custscene would take 30 seconds, making you look like you were in jail.
disallow taze and kill -> IF the person misses the taze he is vulnerable for 3 seconds and it works on very short range, a person quoted:

Not everything will be to "your liking", the server is not A DM server but yet many people think they can persuaide everyone by spamming 100 replies of the same sentences which include insults, how everything is bad and just words and words and words and occasionally one old video. There are not players that just want to kill, take one VERY GOOD look on the server without thinking of killing anyone and maybe you will see what people do.

Yet the playerbase is at 50+ most of the time. 

It needs activities which multiple people can participate in, i agree on that.
And adding reload animation back 
Making c-tap bannable
And making some things like weapons cheaper
And adding a few more mini-missions.

-> I have seen alot of players doing pizza missions/mailmans/trash collectors/Vallet missions and so on, not everyone is a police officer and so far i have not seen any of those newbies and players that do these missions complain. The newbie police officers don´t know that you can taze a criminal and arrest him taken that other severs rely on KILLING the suspect or just any other lazy form of arrest, MCNR is special in that way... however a tutorial for this is Needed (MANDATORY BOOT CAMP Mission as a first time police officer) and these people need to be told normally and calmly explained rather than jailing them and sending a PSO.

-> Taking this aside.. The server does not relate on veterans to be kept alive taken that most of these veteran players only DM/SAWNOFF/TEC/BULLET DRIVE-BY, since that is the only thing i see VETERANS do taken that any other activity is boring for them and i can already see how the NPC heists will end up. (A person sawnoffing all of the npcs to get to the end, resulting in the person making negative review about the heist). [exceptions to those that are not like this, i know some people are normal and like fishing]

-> The staff team is doing some good jobs regarding obvious cheaters, however this does not count regarding normal reports for cophunt and attacks for no reason. Whenever one of my TFLW members shot a person for a pretty much real reason, he was instantly asked questions and investigated even if the admin was not present near the action... however if it was the opposite, the report was regarded as invalid because the admin "did not notice" the action or the member did not have any proof other than /actions. This is not always the case as i know when they are punished correctly, but favouring a "friend" is just a thing too much.

IT needs some changes, but you need  to know its summer and Mike is allowed Vacation too and he is a sole developer working a fulltime job with a garden that needs to be taken care of.

SUMMARY: The server is playable in my view

Add a back Entrance to the bank where you can exit and enter, like police departments.
Helps when police is waiting outside the main entrance or people that just are too lazy to get a money bag from the vault.

If you have vehicle armour you receive less damage while being in the vehicle.
Video demonstrates how much damage you take while being in an Armoured vehicle, since that is an undercover buffalo.
