Tell them oh well sounds Like a you problem? Some of us prefer the normal police skins and new cops don't have access to that.

Your Driver is having packet loss/lagging.
Bullet was at the top of the highway, for your barely visible, but enought for the shots to get counted, especially with your special driver... /Common sense?

As long as there is a rule which does not allow anyone to kill most wanted with less than 10.000 score and only most wanted can kill other most wanted, then sure.

may i add* "Also if the person is suddenly loses a star while you are chasing/shooting him... you must stop unless you have been shot at.


Although there still might be problems:
(scenario 1): Happily going to the hideout with a moneybag, collecting the moneybag... a sultan full of criminals starts to drive-by me because i am most wanted.
(scenario 2): I'm Most Wanted trying to get my wanted level lower while in another city... 2 guys in a bullet come up and kill me because i am most wanted.
(scenario 3): Flying in the sky with a shamal while most wanted... a random player comes out of nowhere and rams me while being innocent resulting in my death.
(scenario 4): I respawned at the hospital, a random player starts to kill me as soon as i spawn because i am most wanted.

All of these scenarios are just examples, but it is really stupid to kill somebody for being RED in color and getting 1000$ for it from the police.

Gang Wars could be a thing if "TERRITORY OCCUPATION" would be added, where you can take over a territory while it flashes on the map and a RIVAL gang comes to defend it.

How else do you want to limit such a weapon of mass destruction?
 - First the reload animation, then people will start complaining it does 10 damage each shot because it will be limited.
 - Most people will start to use it on short-range which was not it's intended purpose.

You are supposed to use the weapon for longer-range as a support role, not a close-combat role.

It would be better if there was a system where if you shot more than 2 bullets in 3 seconds, you would get a "JAMMED" animation played on your screen making you completely vulnerable if you weren't careful while shooting (shooting once every 3 seconds) but the game is just so limited :/.

If you want to be a police officer, be in a police vehicle, disable using personal vehicles (fast vehicles). Police officers are supposed to drive pursuit vehicles

Want a fast vehicle? Get an undercover vehicle.

How to avoid a seasparrow:

- go into a tunnel
- go under a roof of a gas station
- go near trees if there are any, can't shoot what you can't see
- stop your vehicle and hide behind it while you shoot at it
- stop the vehicle and shoot at it
- outrun it (wanted drive fast vehicles anyway)
- destroy it by shooting the top of the rotor with a sniper rifle
- clash with other police officers so the seasparrow deals collateral damage (damages friendly units instead of your vehicle)

If you didn't use drive-by all the time in open fields like the whole place is yours... then you might have known these "tactics".
The sea sparrow has been here for a long time and it is not going anywhere anytime soon unless you know another way to defeat a vehicle full of ak-47 wielding passengers without using Japanese tactics.

There used to be a no-reload animation in the past and it has been removed in the version 1.9.6

It was the only reason i stayed in MCNR, because it didn't allow players to quickly switch between 2 weapons to get them instantly reloaded, this included an unfair glitch called c-tap which was not possible with the reload mechanic.
But well as they say, learn and adapt.

Ok so this is my stance on the weapon reloading animation (and other 'bug abuses'):

The ability to bypass a weapon's reload animation by switching weapon away and back again is unrealistic and unfair. If another player doesn't know that this 'trick' exists, they don't stand a chance. The reload animation takes less than 2 seconds and it isn't that big of a detrement. It's just the same animation as if you depleted all your ammo from the current clip. The animation only applied if you switch weapon and then back again within 2 seconds, as this is how long it would take anyway. It applies to all bullet-based guns apart from sniper and country rifle (as they have a bolt-action animation after every shot).

I will not be removing the animation. I would love to improve it so you can still walk/run while it's being played, but it's simply not possible with the SA-MP API. If I did, you'd be able to press the FIRE key to skip the animation, making it completely useless. In addition to this, there's two ways the animation can be applied: either the player gets frozen in that spot and can't move at all, or they continue moving if they are already moving. Both of these are not ideal but they are the only option.

I will do some more research and testing to see if the animation can be improved but it's unlikely that I am going to be able to improve it. Honestly, how often are people swapping weapons then back again within 2 seconds that this actually causes a problem? It's working exactly as intended in that it's preventing people from reload switching. If you don't want to see the animation, don't try and reload switch, simple.

I know it's not a 'bug', but I still think it's a sneaky trick that shouldn't be allowed. While I value community suggestions, I have the final say, and I don't want to remove this. I would ideally want to make it so if you have 1 bullet left and you switch away and back again, it still has 1 bullet in the clip, but this sadly isn't possible. One potential solution I could consider is to make the animation only apply if you shoot X+ bullets, e.g. more than 10 bullets from a clip it will require a reload, whereas less will not. This however still allows abuse, as you could shoot 10 bullets, reload switch, shooting 10 bullets, reload switch, repeat forever, and have unlimited fire rate.

Every game has things which can put you in a vulnerable situation. You have to reload in Call of Duty during which you are fully vulnerable. Nobody complains about this and asks IW/Treyarch to remove reload animations, do they? You can't switch to your pistol and back again to instantly reload..

Also, I have the same stance for actual 'bug abuse' such as c-bug and 2 shot etc. in that they should not be allowed. How is a new player supposed to compete with someone shooting rapid-fire never-reloading guns?! It's absurd. People might say 'That's how the game was designed' - we change multiple things in SAMP/MCNR, what makes the gun mechanics different? Some will say 'But people are used to it' - oh well, get used to this.

This is a desperate suggestion for some activity during the night with some really easy money earning....
So for the servers sake and for this suggestion, we hope there will be more heists sooner this month.
And i am probably loosing my sanity and i'm starting to see the boring side of the server myself after defending it for a year, or i'm getting too old for games....

Unable to toggle vehicle siren
If you find yourself unable to toggle a vehicle's siren on/off and it just either beeps or chirps the siren for a moment, it's likely caused by high FPS.
GTA SA was designed to run at 25 fps. The higher your frame rate, the more things start acting weird.
You can use /fpslimit to limit your FPS (even if it's temporary to toggle your siren). You'll need to have the Frame Limiter on in your game settings.
I've personally found the siren toggle to become a bit unreliable above 30 fps and almost impossible to toggle above 60fps.

What will they lose if the revenge rule is back, that is my question.
What will change which will make Law Enforcement less overpowered over criminals by changing this? (even though't they should have an advantage over them)
You will get to kill the police officer as a group multiple times instead of once?

About going to take revenge separately means u gonna split from ur teammates and maybe u gonna end up killed cuz most of the time cops play in groups

So your solution is to have 4 people hunt down a single person 4 times, and while in those 4 times get revenge again so they can repeat the process?
So if i understand it correctly... when someone attacks you alone, you want to torture them and hunt them down so they won't do it again? How is this gonna do any good, it will only encourage the person to leave the game. What is the point of the suggestion if the result will still be the person getting punished 4 times instead of just once?

Hello!

I have not been playing for a while due to personal stuff and i don't see myself spending time here just to eventually quit because some People just Like to kill others because they are "helping their friend" or make fun of me because they are bored.
So i just watch the forums and so far it has only been a dissapointment. Immaturity, disrespect and overall unhuman behaviour so im not even surprised some people don't look up the forums.

The server has a bright future if the players would turn from, Let's learn new players that the only thing to do here is shoot/kill/drive-by/respawn/show off...
to: Let's have some fun, improvise and explore what we haven't seen yet.

You and M8N are in 1 vehicle, you arrive and the first thing that happens is... you start shooting me. You have already broken a rule there, do not attack anyone unless you have a valid reason (revenge,protecting your friend).
1. M8N was in no danger
2. You did not have revenge
3. i shot you after my vehicle was totalled in the tunnel.

Don't pretend you don't know that you weren't supposed to shoot, but since i forgot that you always need to back up your claims in MCNR with a video, it is entirely my fault

IF you are arrested on the street and you follow the police officers instructions to get in the vehicle and you get taken to the police department then only the police officer gets rewarded.
Why should the criminal get a full sentence if he cooperated?

If you get escorted you should only have to pay the 4.000$ bail and then get released, it just seems unfair.
