Anyways, +1. If you guys see players g-bugging in-game, report and I will punish. Cause technically it's bug abuse and we do punish if we witness the incident.

It's technically not a bug, if you're talking about passenger drive-by while no driver is in the vehicle, it's just how it's supposed to be.
If you're talking about the actual G-Abuse (which is pressing G near a moving vehicle to warp in it, not the one this thread is talking about), then you're correct.

But instead of a rule, I suggest that the server simply disables the drive-by for all passengers when the driver leaves the vehicle, and when a player enters a driver-less vehicle.

I suggest adding /911 as a command, because it's very unusual for someone to get attacked close enough to a payphone, and have the time to use it too.
It's not unrealistic, because the caller could have used a cellphone.

there will be a problem too . if u have stayed in ur car and hanging with ur car around there and a guy with wanted comes to your vehicle and you even dont know him and u dont want him to come to you and u gain wanted and u die .

The server could wait like 10 seconds before giving you the wanted level. In these 10 seconds you have time to /eject the unwanted passenger.

I'm making this thread because I found out that ao_us is not part of the MCNR staff, as I previously thought.

Details		What happened is that he was a most wanted felon outside the bank, and I was a cop. I went there and other felons started shooting me, including ao_us, so I responded with fire and I killed him. Then the other guys killed me. After dying, I got a $2000 bounty by ao_us, for which I was killed by another player ([AN]mobin). So, basically ao_us got his revenge. But, after that, he starts chasing me again (which is where I started recording), and he kills me. At that point he was an innocent player, and not a felon or ticketable, and I was still a cop. I use the /report command, but nothing happens. After a while, I spot him at Ammu-Nation, and I am no longer a cop, so I kill him as revenge of the last kill, however he claims that's a random kill and an admin/moderator instantly jails me, without asking for clarification, just because he types in the chat "that is RDM". I try to explain what happened, but no admins ask me anything. They just protect him and ignore me.

I suggest to make that the crew tag (AC, ME, KoS, etc..) can be set and changed by the managers of the crew, and that the members of the crew don't have to join the server using the tag: the server will automatically add the tag before the nickname upon login. At the same time, the server should refuse any nickname starting with any tag [...] that is already assigned to a certain crew, so that only crew members can use tags.

Details		I accidentally recorded a case of cop DM while doing my medic job. Officer AlvinoTV was caught ruthlessly killing a detained felon with no reason at all. You can see in the video that [$]Omar[$], the arrested player was cuffed after attempting to resist the arrest, but without using any deadly weapon. After being cuffed, Officer AlvinoTV proceeds to kill the man with a full-auto M4 rifle. After I told him I was gonna report him on the forums, he appears to be mad at me, and shoots a few bullets at my emergency van.

Details		He was not wanted, and I was not bothering him, yet when he saw me he started shooting at me. Of course by just aiming at me he gained a wanted level, however if we consider this a valid reason to kill cops, then any civilian can kill any cop. He claims to have killed me to help his gang out, however I don't understand why he thought they needed help, since I was alone and running from them (after they killed me many times), actually just trying to get armor and my white Police Ranger (you can see it parked at the gas station).

As a side note, in this same video you can spot a bug: when he shoots me the first time after leaving the ammunation, I lose my health instead of my armor. (nvm, I already had half health)

I have seen a voice chat on a samp server once but I had 500 ping there cuz it makes the server super laggy.btw u can already use /w or /s to talk to players in range with a Message instead of voice

But AFAIK that would need external plugins to be installed for every player that wishes to use the feature.

Its already a thing if youre a non wanted and want to help your friend out cops can and are allowed to shoot the vehicle its not like a suspect can run with his non wanted friend and laugh at the cops

Of course, but I mean, for the sake of realism, if the driver could be arrested too that would be a nice thing.

Ugh,no. You already will get wanted level if you drive by someone.

But it makes little sense that someone helps a criminal wanted by the police get away, and then when the cops finally arrest the guy, the driver is still innocent. I think he should become at least lev 2

Yes +1 sometimes the "PLAYER IS UNARMED" message spammed the hell out in my chat.

Yeah, that's also a reason good enough to remove it.
I also find annoying the chat message, I suggest leaving only the text draw.

I suggest that when innocent players are teaming with felon players, they should become felons too.
This includes being in the same vehicle and shooting.
