I know most of the players/admin and maybe mike himself thinks that there is injustice done to the criminals and if any cop makes a point they simply deny it by saying "have you ever played as a criminal".
I also call myself as a 24/7 cop but at times i also play as a criminal so what i will write here might seemed biased but trust me it isnt.
Here are point where i feel cops have disadvantages-
1) As soon as a player joins the server for the first time he cannot become a cop, he needs atleasyt 50 levels to become a cop.
2)If you say there are instances where there are a higher cop/criminal ratio then there are instances when there is a very high criminal/cop ratio

4)Desk Duty(I dont need to elaborate on that one) an if someone thinks atleast we get scores/xp by it let me tell u its annoying as hell
5)If a cop kills a mw, that mw can approach the cop(as a civilian) and attack first now most of the cops ont even realise that civilian is about to attack them and those who do they cannot attack first (imagine the civilian uses a sawn off headshot which rips through the armor and then easily took the cop down.
6)Criminals are more organized than cops,they make groups plan a bank robbery,plan a counter attack but cops they just dont listen to each other (if there are 6 cops and 6 mws most of the times 2 cops attack those 6 mws then again other 2 an mws keep getting free kills I am telling this from experience.
7)Cops cannot shoot non threat even when they say "stop and we wont open fire" but we never open fire and had to chase them for eternity.
I guess cops dont want any more of these rules we have had enough and talking about the free medical bill i think thats fair for cops.
