The cops in real life have much more protection than the criminals, and all the advantages you said are pretty much balanced because on the server the cops are usually about 1 for every 4 or more criminals/civilians.

Cops with a rank of less than 10 can get on as passengers in a unmarked car, I understand that they cannot drive, but many times we need a partner to accompany us or pick up someone in the middle of a chase and most cops are not rank 10.

I am almost sure that an administrator made a respawn, it happened to me just yesterday, I stole the truck and while I was on the road it disappeared when an administrator made a respawn

I have spent more than $ 1,500,000(I won the lottery and something else being a donator, not because of my job) being a cop in a short time, buying weapons but especially with bulletproof tires and double armor, its the best way to shatter the criminal proplayers, Cops are paid peanuts. 5 stars.
