i dont think theres any need for further clarification, it was indeed rulebreaking but what i dont understand is why didnt you step off your car if it was disabled in the first place?if you were trying to run away, thats where they are allowed to shoot at you

Bruh no offense but did you not read my statement properly? I made this thread bcoz there’s an admin/Mod who said this is valid DM, and the reason i didn’t step out of my vehicle after it was disabled is because i didn’t get to im dead before managed to get out i pressed F after it broke down but still died i don’t really care about who or why he did it that’s why i didn’t say who’s who i just need other admins to clarify, since apparently staff can bend rules for their buddies.

no, they arent allowed to kill you, but if you wish to avoid the death next time you can exit your car so they can arrest you.

Well that’s what i thought but he hop on top of my car and started shooting at me and killed me before i even get the chance to hop out of my car when it was disabled(engine broke not even burning) let alone try to surrender. Dude wasn’t even new player/cop so it kinda bothers me when this happens.

If any server admins would be so kind to further clarify this thing it would be greatly appreciated

So i have been told differently whether its allowed or not for cops to kill me if i flee in a vehicle.

i.e. > I was 2 star and try to bribe cop but he refuse the bribe and my wanted lvl turn to 4, the cop jumped on top of my car and starts shooting even though i pose zero threats towards anyone, my vehicle was disabled after he shot it multiple times with M4 and some bullets hit me for the record i was full HP and full armor but by the time the vehicle was disabled i dont even get the time to hop out within seconds i just straight up dead and sent to jail.

Based on the coprules cop isn’t allowed to take lethal force towards crims with 1-5 stars that pose no threats to you or anyone else.

My question is, is it ok for this person to kill me when i pose no threats? A Mod said it was valid kill since i wasn’t stopping the vehicle but i thought all he could do is disable my vehicle not kill me in the process i wasn’t really unarmed since i was in vehicle and can’t unequip my smg but i pose threat to no one. Person in question both admin and the cop was in same cop car that’s why i ask for better clarification for reference in the future so there will be no longer misunderstandings.

TLDR; i felt like treated unfairly but im not sure about it so i want to ask clarification.

Details		I was just got out of prison and have no weapons at all i rob some people outside of PD and went off running and was being chased by hamzakhan_2 on foot he was trying to taze me which was the correct thing to do. Suddenly these 2 cops came on NRG and starts drive by shooting at me, i had full armor so the chase went on for awhile the only thing i can do is run but these 2 cops keeps chasing me trying to kill instead of arrest when i only had 5 stars and unarmed which supposedly againts the rule to be killed.

Do you think tazer needs some nerf?

I see plenty people in game chat and discord complain on how tazer is gay and it needs to be removed, it’s way too broken.

I have a better suggestion rather than removing tazer which is needed in the server as a non lethal weapon to allow cops arresting crims without killing, rather than removing it why not just nerf the tazer by reducing the fire rate (make shooting interval longer or maybe just add cooldown for each shots) or maybe reducing the range, maybe both?

You don't get them after you leave the interior of ammu tho.... they never get stored in the script after you buy them so they can be readded after you leave the interior.

I can confirm i bought molly a few times but never got it when i got out of ammu.

Hello folks, I'm Irvan my friends call me Wang and no i'm not chinese at all.

I'm Indonesian i use uganda flag as a joke and i'm 21 years old, been playing SAMP since i was 15 in the UIF and SACNR server for a few years till i quit SAMP for a couple of years.

I'm a certified pilot got my license in 2019 due to corona virus i haven't managed to get a job and stuck in my house playing GTA and some Dota 2.

tbh i don't think it's worth the coding if you want to make it auto and it'll cause lots of bugs and confusion by the program.

you can always buy guns its not that expensive, and you can always report those rule-breaking cops on forums to get them back and get them punished.

Sorry to contradict, But you can just go to TransFender and change it back right? its not expensive to do especially that you have lots of money and it's not like that this kinda thing happens everyday or every time your car got jacked.

It's not like GTA 5 where you need lots of money to mod engines, turbo,etc that will waste your money if someone able to troll you.

Personally i don't think quiz is necessary, maybe in a form of multiple choice about coprules.

I don't want it to be too hard so it won't be too intimidating for new players to play in this server, i just want it to be a little bit longer not harder for someone to be a cop, so freshly new players that may have never played in other CNR server or new SAMP players in general have time to learn the game and ask around if there are some rules or coprules that they don't understand.

I don't know if it's a feature or not, maybe force a first time cop to read coprules as soon as they register as cops (just the first time they do, not everytime) by adding timer for them to close the rule page so they will actually read it and able to close it when the time is up.

I'm sorry if it's kind of demanding but i just want everyone to have fun by not getting griefed by cops since i saw alot of people in chat were frustrated by cops stealing cars and shooting them when they were innocent or only had 1 star, and i only suggest things that easy to implement but somewhat effective so i won't put lotta weight to the Dev(s).

it isnt that hard to reach 25 tho i reach it in only 2 hours

i mean i've never been a cop before so it may be my mistake, but i've seen cops with so low scores DM'ing and stealing cars.

There are a lot of new players joining the server and many of them want to be a cop right away without knowing the General Rules or Cop Rules, and most of them seems to be trigger happy and shoot any crims with any wanted levels, jacking people's car and vandalizing vehicle without direct consequence.

So i'm suggesting that to be a cop you should need some small requirements like need to have some in game hours or minimum score or maybe even both.

That way they will have more time to experience the server as a civ and understand more about the RULES and Coprules instead of starting fresh as a cop and ruin other people's fun.

This is just something on my mind since the role of a cop is quite powerful in the server.
