Denied Appeals / My ban appeal

To help you out please copy this entire form and then replace [ Name of my account is A@MIR1383 and I banned for nothing I did nothing wrong , I was robbing a items from a house and when I got in my car I kicked from the server and every time that I tried to join it said I got banned from this server. When I join the game it a window opens and say you got banned from this server and it said the reason is Ban Evasion.What should I do to unban me ? I promise you I won't do any thing wrong and I will follow all the rules I won't use any bad words in chat . I PROMISE I WILL BE A GOOD BOY
