Closed / Duplicate/uncollectable Xmas gifts

Hello everyone! I have been playing some MCNR lately for the new Xmas event, but unfortunately I (presumably) ran into a bug. Unfortunately all the possible gift spawn locations have a gift on them, even if they are not part of my 450 gift collection. This means that I can still collide with them, but I am unable to pick them up/collect them. This is somewhat hindering, as I still have to step out of my vehicle every time I see one, as I am unsure if I can collect it or not. Is there any known way to fix this issue, or is there perhaps a fix already on the way? Thank you in advance!

General / How to claim donation rewards?

I have donated 5,00 GBP to this server, however I do not know how to claim the rewards in-game. How would it be possible for me to link my account to the donation made to the server?
