My Gun pauses two seconds between each shot , If I used cheating, this gun would shoot very fast and Continuous , But why it does show I'm not reloading the gun should be a bug from the server

he After following me near the bank (He posted video. ) to kill me but it didn't work out and I killed him I went to jail to be innocent , and after being released
Outside, he fallowing me every where and would kill me with my innocence

He followed me everywhere and killed me several times though I was innocent and He wherever I Spawning would follow me and kill me again and again He made me very upset, I hope he gets punished according to the rules , Such people can damage the server and reduce the gamer on the server
