Custom tuning for personal vehicles. Ability to add custom parts to your personal vehicle similar to how the clothing works.

It would be incredibly cool if you could add custom parts to personal vehicles similar to how the single player tuning mod works;

The ability to convert a personal vehicle into a cop car (Lights / siren and the robber visibility range)

It would be really cool to have your own customized personal cop vehicle. It would avoid people fighting over the higher end pursuit unit cars and would allow for more incentive to invest in property / vehicles.

The ability to purchase car insurance to make whoever destroys your cars pay the $800 to recover it.

It would be a great deterrent to keep players from griefing. Personal vehicles should have some sort of identifying feature, like some sort of name tag or something. Cops should obviously not be penalized for destroying a personal vehicle if the player is orange or red.

Let cop players with low rank ride as a passenger in higher rank cop vehicles

It's really annoying to not be able to let your friends ride in your car because they're a lower rank than you

I second this. I have a bunch of mods installed on my game and It'd be great to have officially acknowledged mods that could enhance the experience for everyone.

Details		MR.MIRZA is helping out the criminal by driving around in a COP car. MR_Claude (The Criminal) was popping my tires after issuing him a ticket. He did this 3 times back to back on 3 different cars.
