Details: as u can see in crimes since city change no crimes involving killing or shooting or aiming ,but he tased me and without trying to arrest me he started shotting

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Because it wasn't cop hunt , and i don't have tandances to cop hunt+i always follow the rules and instruct others to do as well. |
| What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? | snakEye is an old friend of mine, i was passing by my car, and i saw him low , i stoped, then he got nocked down, i attacked Mikazuki cs she was low , and to keep her from finishing him, as to help a friend + i was mw so even if i don't help just stand there I'm dead; and what the video and the actions presented as evedence by MIkazui show that more or less than 10 sec were between him dead and the attack , but what i was seeing on my screen is him down and he died after i killed them both , i guesse that is because of /PL and /ping , but for my defense 10 seconds between the events it's nothing because of lag , and everyone in this server experience lag from time to time if not always , so as a conclusion , my screen showed SNAKEEYE down i got out of the car attacked Mikazuki to prevent her from finishing + bruno , let's say that took 10S ; lag sometimes take 1min to go away or smg; i always have a lag problem and that was defending a friend, not cop hunt if i wanted to cop hunt i would rob them and when they attack then kill them , cs I'm not stupid to commit an infraction that banal |

| Any more information to provide? | i saw him still alive but don't have a video or screen cs i didn't know it will come to this , but he was down and Mikazuki shooting him when i was out of the car so i helped my friend instentaly+all that video shows is me killing her not snakeEye dying ... and the actions support my defense since it's 10S between him down and me attacking just the time to get out of the car ... + the lag i had made me see him still alive and defended him |

it would be pay 2 win , what i suggest is that in ammunition or a black market (...) you could buy an anti-gps and make it more or less than 10K + it would go if u log out ..
(and ofc cops can't GPS you exact real-time-location but can have a system close to the security car if u know what I mean)
or keep it just against civilians (cs cops use advance tactic lol)
