Ps! After Dugkat killed us, thebird something i forgot his ign killed us also so we ignored Dugkat and tried to get a revenge kill. Dugkat then pm me and my friend 2v1 yada yada we ignored it cuz were chasing player named thebird but Dugkat chased us in ammunatio where he got killed then boom banned!!he banned my friend first [ohb]pesad0n and i got jailed cuz a cop killed me after my jail time i got ban also for using “aimbot”

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Clearly i dont cheat i played this game a long time, ive been accused of cheating before but all of them got lifted, and one of the moderator just have something against me
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	me and Dugkat have a moneybag my friend doesnt have one so my friend started shooting at Dugkat I am the last hit against Dugkat thats why the kill registered to me, after that he reported/jailed me for 30 mins he told me that it was just a "warning jail" after i got out he instantly killed me and my friend (report then revenge) nice, now i spawned at hospital he killed me again or rob i cannot recall it anymore! now i asked my friend to help me get revenge against them after we killed them we both got banned for cheating! ion know kinda sus cuz that player Dugkat jailed me for a warning after sending me to jail he went to revenge kill me twice im not even fighting back. Anyone do something about this. Check the logs!!!!!!

Lol look at my "fast recovery cheat" clip you can clearly see that i am using medkit while this player are dueling my friend and after he killed my friend my medkit was done. seems pretty normal to me. next clip the "aimbot" one my bullets are not even hitting him. Ion know seems kinda reach for me

PS! ive been playing this game longer than this complainant how can he accused me of cheating if he doesnt even played the game as long as me! ofc i can kill him he doesnt even played half of my playing time. pls investigate this properly

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	You can check the chat logs i was talking to some players about my friend then my game crash while i was in jail then when i log back in i just receive my ban

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I don't cheat, I received a ban multiple times before but all of them got dismissed  even my friends got banned for the wrong reason's
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I don't know last night I was in a war against the 1337 members petri... and levi...., levi and petri won't stop bothering me, I even stop revenging because I'm eager to get the treasure hunt last night but levi won't stop he keeps ramming my car, robbing me so I don't have much choice but to fight back. After I killed petri multiple times he finally killed me and I went straight to jail and chatted "at last" then after a few mins my game crash. The next morning I tried to play but it says that I'm banned for using aimbot.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No Sir
Any more information to provide?	After my game crashed last night I went to sleep so that means I have no conflict against other players but petri and levi.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I do not use cheats if you look at my forums I have multiple complaints and ban appeals, I won it all because clearly I'm innocent and I do not use cheats
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	My friend and I were going to flint to fix our car's tire, cynosy spotted us and started chasing us at first we didn't shot back because we have flat tires, but when cynosy steps out of his car we started fighting back. after he got killed he ban me for using Cheats/Hacks

Any more information to provide?	yes after I got banned my friend says that it's a fake ban and cynosy got mad and banned him too, plus look at the chat after I got ban they were asking why did cynosy ban me because they know that I do not use cheats but cynosy didn't give a statement about it

And we are shooting too, only with no cheats. You can clearly see that both parties were shooting but your damage was extremely high compare to the damage we dealth to you and your driver.

How can you hit 3-6 bullets consecutively? Were running at a top speed on a infernus, fastest car in the game and moving sideways. Its ok if you atleast hit me 1 time then miss like 3-5 shots till you hit me again, bro you shot me 6 times without missin, you can see my hp bar become zero in just like second

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Me and my ingame friend [ohb]pesad0n were practicing a 1v1 because we just created a crew so we need to be good at shooting to have a good crew reputation, after just the first shot I fired I immediately received the ban message and I saw that my friend has receive a ban too
