Now thats some actual questions unlike this retard reporter.
1. WorkRate showed his confusion and thats the very main reason I stopped for a while, but he should've left Ammunation after that as I was there before him. I wasn't done with the weapon purchasing and he wasn't leaving even tho I gave him time. He had armor, if I stop to write a message or wait for counter to open so I can buy guns he can kill me anytime while I'm not focused on him. It's so simple if he wanted peace he could've just left.
2. Ofc after there's no cop I waited until that counter opened and bought guns use common sense ffs

I was inside the ammunation before you. I was informed in group chat that some cop is coming inside so I moved from the counter to make sure I dodge the shots. When I saw it's you (the guy who is actively fighting us back to back), i decided to shoot. You didn't shoot back so I stopped and gave you decent time to leave if you wanted peace. You didn't leave so I killed you and continued buying weapons after it.

I'll try my best to be respectful towards the punishment issuing staff member, trust me it's like an impossible challenge but let's go

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?Because apparently @Dani wasn't interested to look at my statement and then match it with the video proof provided by the reporter, in-short carelessness of staff.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?I'll re-attach the link of video provided by thakur, which almost explains it all. I might also copy paste some of my line from the last reply so you don't have to open the report page again for knowing what's going on.
I never record any second of my gameplay. I only wanted to kind of spectate the fight, I remember I bumped into M8N as well. Below I'll explain why I'm innocent using the video proof provided by thakur.
0:04 - If I wanted to grief him, this was a golden moment to lagpit him. But it was never my intention.
0:07 - Just to make sure I don't harm any of the competitors too much, I slowed down my car and had a very little bump with M8N.I could've pressed A or D but a small bump is better than lagpitting him by mistake as well.
0:14 - He hit brakes on an unexpected spot.
0:16 - I'm driving on my full speed with nitro on (proof below) as I thought I have to chase both of them. thakur's car was low so I didn't expect him to stop.
0:16 - I didn't even press A or D once (again because it makes higher chances of lag pitting someone and much higher when Nitro in on), and tried to get out of the tunnel so I don't come in between their drive-by. Radar can vouch their was a fair distance between M8N and thakur so me going from that spot wasn't just a reason to ram him.
0:17 - I lag pitted the very tail part of his car, which again was a bad luck.
0:18 - Proof that I was on Nitro.
0:20 - Another proof I was on Nitro.

After thakur killed M8N, I went back into the tunnel while he was like 10% hp. I offered him to sit with me as well by horning the vehicle in front of him like 10 times. Ask him to provide you the full video which I bet he have. No recorder records "Last 24 seconds". It's always a minute or more. I tried my best to recover my mistake, I can't do nothing if he just loves to be a cry baby.

This all proves my point, there was no intentional griefing involved in this accident.
