P.S: With circumstantial proofs i mean a video that's not figuring my pov and talking about a non-existent shots on target % of 98. He even refused to let me prove my innocence.

Cmon, i dont use cheats, aimbots and stuff like that! Why are you treating me like this? It's sad when you lose the opportunity to have fun with friends, imagine losing it when you get banned for doing something you've never done in your life. It's so sad and it seems like an act of malice. I beg you to take your time and look at videos if you have them. I dont use cheats so this is unfair and nonsense. Please get to work and come to me with explanions to your choice. This is what admins and moderators do. Thanks.

Ban/infraction reason and details	I was banned for using aimbot
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I don't use aimbot, unluckily i don't have any video proof because i never thought i would need it.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Player thunderdome started doing nasty stuff involving me at bank, like ramming me, my car and naturally camping at bank. After a while i decided to kill him. I escaped north in order to evade wanted level but my car just kept getting recalled by an admin so i couldn't really escape. Somebody recalled car at the bridge in front of SFPD, so i had to proceed on feet and wait for my car to be brought back at me. Player thunderdome arrived and started shooting at me so i answered fire and killed him another time (this time he nearly killed me). I hopped back in the car and tried to escape but my car got recalled another time by an admin so i was another time on foot. thunderdome reached me and went over the roof of my car at top speed so i decided to escape another time. My car got recalled again. I found a good spot from where i could shoot thunderdome with m4, crouched and then started shooting. I killed him another time and then got banned for aimbot. I'm so sorry i don't have any video proof of this but maybe the admin spectating the scene have one. I can only say in my defence that thunderdome is not that skilled, he's good but he's not as good as any member of WT clan, and that i was on a lucky run. There are even times where i just can't keep living (mostly depending on who i'm dueling with). I know that without video proof things will not be that easy, anyway i hope the guys i'll mention down here will help you understand i don't use cheats.

This is the link to the topic i made on Ban/infraction Appeals. I'd like the XP reduced from PSO to be way less. This is not my first PSO and for PSOs like killing non-threats my XP level has been reduced by max 250 XP. Do not use the excuse that this is not my first PSO. Because all i did was shoot some wheels and shooting wheels can't cost me this much.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I got demoted from rank 8 to rank 1 (3260 Police Officer XP). Way too many points for a very little error.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Player abeabe stole a Police Infernus in front of PD, i tried to ticket him but failed. After a short car chase i dediced to start shooting car's wheels in order to make him exit and regain the car.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?
Any more information to provide?	Picture of my rank yesterday night after regaining Police Officer lvl. 2

Explanation: I got infracted for pso because i shot at the wheels of a police infernus driven by a ticketable player. The action taken was the removal of 3260 cop xp points for shooting at at ticketable player. This demoted me from rank 8 to rank 1. I'm not innocent, i did commit the pso, but in my humble opinion i think the action taken was way too heavy for a little pso like that. In recent psos like killing non-threats the points removed was max 250 xp and admin jail. I'd like to clarify that this is not first pso issued to me, and i understand that more psos i get issued, more heavy will be action taken;

Invalid Bugs / Cop rank bug

Hey staff,
I was trying to hop on an inferno when I noticed that I couldn't drive it. The window said I needed rank 8 and that i was rank 1. I just went from 3500+ points to 0.
