Details		I robbed him and then we started killing each others as we were most wanted and etc .. i killed him at the police department 2 mins before city change .. so the guy started being toxic in main chat and ended by saying " You robbed me so imma fuck Ur mmm" using mmm to relate to the word MOM as it is so clear .

Details		So , this guy crashed into my car twice so i decided to follow and kill him , while i was following him he said you cant catch me . A while after , i killed him and i said the following in the global chat "So seems like i can catch you ! " . So he just had to be way toxic and tell me : "Your mom can do it better " . I wouldn't have reported him but this guy has always been toxic and it isn't his first time bring mother and family into his stupid jokes!

Details		i was just buying guns at ammu having 2 stars and didnt even threaten him or something when this started killling me with chainsaw and then shoot me to death . When i asked him why all he had to say is RA and 59 arent friends. While we weren't even in war or something. So as long as i know if i didnt threaten him and he doesnt have any revenge he is not allowed to kill me .

Rejected Suggestions / lotto prize goes directly into bank and not wallets

So basically it is a really simple suggestion i think isworth adding ! Winning lotto directly send the whole prize to your wallet which is somehow non sense. i've never seen somehow in reallife getting a million dollars in cash after winning lottery. It is either given to him as a check with his name on it or sent to his bank account. Winning lotto in mcnr is first something everyone will be notified about as a huge text will pop up on your screen informing you about the person who won and the prize amount. And then everyone will be following you or trying to rob you so they can get as much money as they can from you. So please Mike can you adjust the script and make the lottery money go into our bank accounts and not our wallets!
Couldn't check if this was already suggested so excuse me if it is .

Details		So it all started with me having a fight with xen0m as he was a cop and he immediatly starting calling me dog.  I wouldn't care if it was once but he literally kept spamming it "dog , ez dog , idiot  etc " . Then his partner jason joined and they started both insulting again several times " pussy , dog ".

Okay , so let me show you a trick here. You go on your main account and buy of those shitty houses worth 20k which you find on the properties website. Once you bought a house ,  tell your friend to go online from his account and sell him the house you bought for the amount of money he wants to give you . But before anything , let me warn you about something  , multi accounts and sharing accounts is something illegal in mcnr , so make sure you don't log in to your friends account at anytime . And while transfering it should be you and him.

Actually yes it happens but probably it is just a desync problem. Sometimes once you get inside your car (buying an armor is not related) , the car just won't move until you get out and then get in again. Probably as i said earlier this is a desync problem or connection thing or maybe just a gta bug that happens rarely.

Details		I don't honestly know this game. He seems to be new in-game as he only has like 1k score . But i honestly warned this guy several times in private messages to stop spamming stupid and horny stuff in global . He first thought i was a moderator so he apologised then once i told him i wasn't he started this behaviour against me.  I didn't reply hopinf he would stop but every 5 minutes he would spam a message worse than the first one. Kindly , check the screenshot i took as evidence !

The only thing worth adding is the fact that money you get from selling a house , lottery , paycheck and many others should be directly sent to your bank account or at least the user would have the choice to choose where the money would go . Otherwise i do not see any problem in the robbery system.
This should not be changed in anyway!

and yes @Jedd there is a cooldown for doing this but if you come with 3 of your friends and rob the same guy . The cool down isn't way long it is only like few seconds . Then the guy would have lost around 150k to 200k . I myself have been through this situation , 2 guys went into me and robbed me both 8k each and here we go i lost 16k , but 16k  isnt like 100k .

Lets just focus on something , this is GTA San Andreas not real life . There is no reason to limit the money in your wallet to 30k .
Anyway  i approve the thing you said about the money you get from selling a house , or winning the lottery or etc should be sent directly to your bank account and not your wallet. But this whole thing about raising the robbery limit to 50k is non sense. 8k is a very considerable amount because otherwise making money would be way more easier than it already is . Imagine robbing 20 known people that you know they got millions on them and here you go you got a million out of robbing people. I know they might be arrested or something but it is also easy to rob someone when ure with ur gang or friends.
@Mike i honestly think the raise of robbery limit is something that will ruin the gameplay for everyone! I have never seen anyone complain about it other than this guy and it was never a problem that affected the gameplay in any way. Making money is already easy .. dont make it easier

I don't think the rob limit should be increased as people will be then just spamming /rob and robbing ur money all the time. I think the 8k limit is way enough. Why easily rob the money that players have grinded to get ? 8k is not very high and not very low. -1 for me.
