No point of removing SAWN-off unless you are loser and noob. Agree on skins and chainsaw

Not yet using an OP weapon? Well, you're loser and noob, swallaw that, haha! The stupidest argument here I guess. Let's use sawn offs all together, to hell with other weapons let's just turn server into sawn-off DM or whatever.

1. The chainsaw does have an animation like a reload one to balance the game and prevent getting stuck and knocked down immediately, but I think at this version it isn't playing the animation as much and needs to be fixed or nerfed.
2. Doesn't really make sense to remove a decent gun like sawns you can counter it with other guns, it ain't overpowered like an RPG or a Minigun. Just get good.
3. I'll have to agree with what Parzival said on this one.

Also, please only make one suggestion per topic, if half of your suggestion is approved and half of it denied how are we supposed to move it into approval or denial?

Sawns and chainsaws have to be either nerfed or removed completely. Nerf can be done by reducing damage and removing this stumbling upon hit animation which makes it impossible to fight back.

-1 on removing roller skater skins, they do have a disadvantage on running on the sandy/grassy areas, it makes them slower, and for the runaway, running straight won't work with it, players can use jump while sprinting to speed up a bit and catch up. similar to this, as Mike said in the same suggestion of removing skaters from the game, we do have an infernus which is literally faster than any car in the game, should it be removed too then? this can't happen.

Okay, that's a valid counterargument and I can agree on this. Didn't know it has disadvantages like this.

After playing a while after a long break here I noticed several things: there's imbalanced stuff and some people tend to just go along with it and abuse it, and those who abuse it get an advantage, while others have a choice: get on the train of abusing things or suffer eternally because of their unwillingness to just exploit things for the sake of effectiveness. There's no way to fix 'em, so I just suggest removing this things and here's why if you don't understand or maybe you haven't exeprienced it yourself yet.

1. Chainsaws: If your opponent has this - you're dead. it's just impossible to survive in close quarters when your opponent has this and there're no countermeasures(it's impossible to block or evade this, if you was attacked by this one time - well, you're stuck only to be sawn to death), so why won't everyone just use it? (I think at some point it will definetely happen)
2. Sawn-offs:  If your opponent has this - you're dead(x2). The lamest weapon. You are at the same time moving fast and deliviring deadly blows while weilding it. There's no point in using other weapons(like Tec-9/Micro UZI/SMG/other shotguns/DEagle) than sawn-offs at a close range. Many people are already exploting this, leaving other no chance in a shootout and making them use that too, thereby killing the diversity of options regarding different weapons.
3. Skins with rollerblades: self-explanatory, they are moving MUCH faster than any other skin in game and that's just you know a "fair" advantage of players using it especially against cops, who just don't have any analogue of such skins.

Yeah, you've read the title right and I think most of those reading this know well the things I'm talking about.

Were you lagging? Did you carjack an AFK player? Did a player carjack you while you were AFK?

Lagging? Probably no, I had normal ping, like 100-120
Carjack? No, I was driving my own car, that I bought earlier.
AFK carjack? Well, no. But I'm usually going AFK for 2-3 secs while driving to see map.

Explanation: Once again I was just driving my car outside active city and got banned out of a sudden.
Evidence: I don't think that's needed here. I've already got  banned for that code earlier.

P.S. I think I should reinstall my game. I don't know why am I still getting ban for this codes, since Mike said he made anti-cheat a little bit "easier" on players.

If a criminal steals your vehicle that you own,yes you can kill him.Because you own that vehicle.But,you can’t kill someone else just because he picked up the last bag and there is no bag left in the vault.That bag doesn’t belong to you.Because he took it first.
Its not a valid reason to kill.Cire did his job.

At that point I can doubt that you understand the whole concept of crime and criminals. That's the whole point actually.

What's the whole point of playing Cops'n'Robbers if I can't do crime, escpecially to other criminals?

Do not forget that it can't be a RDM by definition. I was acting according to rules, which say (i'm tired of repeating that same thing) that there could be another valid reason for a criminal to kill other criminals, besides those which are already listed there (in /dm).

Just because you are the first guy who hacked the vault,it doesnt mean that those bags belong to you.
If you think they belong to you,prove it please.

Because I said so, because I'm a criminal. I take what's not mine already, but as I hacked the vault I think one bag should be mine anyway. Criminals already can kill for money (bounties/most wanted) so what's the difference?

Let's imagine a situation, when not most wanted criminal steals your vehicle(you bought it) and tries to get away, but you manage to kill him in a process. Should you be sanctioned after this too?

Also let's imagine that the criminal I've tried to kill was most wanted. Okay, in this case I wouldn't have been sanctioned, but what's the main difference in that case? His status or what? I remind you that there could be other reasons to kill, as said in /dm.

Its not correct.Then people would get some teammates hit the bank and kill their teammates on the way,then get their Cash Bags.It makes no sense.And also,if you guys were most wanted,you could kill that guy.

What's the point of killing your own teammates, with whom you agreed to rob a bank in order to get a bag, that you BTW wouldn't be able to collect.  The raid on a bank was organized spontaneously. Just a bunch of criminals were near the bank and ran towards a safe, I was first to reach it so I hacked it. There was no agreement between us(or at least between me and others). Your whole point is illogical.

My whole point stands on a thing written in /dm, as I said. /dm rules imply, that there could be a custom reason (or reasons) for a criminal to kill other criminal. That's why I'm complaining.

P.S: I wrote this complain in order to get some clarity regarding existing rules from other admins and/or creator. I also think that rules should be changed if this ruling will be considered correct.

Admin Cire jailed me for 15 mins and infracted 4 points for 3 months for "RDM".

What happenned: me and a bunch of other guys went to rob a bank. There were 1 more persons(including me) than there were cashbags. I hacked the safe so I was last to pick the bag(because the opening animation) so I got no bag. But I'm a criminal, and there's also a bunch of other criminals with those bags, so why shouldn't I kill one of them to take what's mine? I tried to kill the last man to get the bag and failed.

Cire told me, that it was RDM. That basically means that my attempt to kill a person to get a bag was unlawful because the person wasn't "most wanted". Although the most wanted is obviously not the only reason for a criminal to kill other criminal. By the way Cire said, if I were to kill a most-wanted guy for a bag, than there won't be any sanctions against me.

My position is standing on one point, that's written in the last line of "valid reasons to attack or kill other players" in /dm which states, that the list is incomplete and there can be other reasons. Reasons, such as a will to take what's yours from another criminal. That's my opinion regarding a server's law. I also think that the RP should be applied here too. As you all know, there's an in-game feature, that lets us rob other criminals. We criminals also kill for money (most wanteds, bounties, that bank safe guard after all), so why shouldn't I be allowed to kill other criminals to take their cash bags or furthermore, to take what's mine?

Explanation: Anti-cheat banned me 1 minute after city change(LS to SF). I was driving in my car at that moment. I know that's strange, that anti-cheat banned me second time (for a different code however), but I haven't installed any scripts or cheats since the last ban (that was like 24 hours ago or so).
Evidence: I don't even know what kind of evidence should I provide. I wouldn't even try to play on this server with cheats, there's just no point in that. You've seen my GTA SA folder before, It hasn't changed since, but i'll screen it again with a time.

Approved Appeals / Banned by anticheat for one year because of "cheatcode 3"

In-game name: Jager90
Explanation: I was playing straight, driving a vehicle to drop stolen goods from someone's house and then the message popped up saying I'm banned for a year because cheatcode 3 detected. My high ping may be the reason.
Evidence: I don't use any cheats, I don't have any scripts installed. I will attach a screenshot with my GTA folder content to prove.(idk what else could be a proof here)
