 he punished me and amused me on public chat, the reason why he punished me was i succeeded to kill him who swat at fort carson, i had 4 stars that i could be arrested at anywhere, anytime, there is a process to increase and decrease someone's stars, i had to be decrased my stars to make me safely from police and some rule breakers police,

he did pm me blablabla with hhhhhhh that anyone couldnt understand what did he wanted tell, and he punished me for RDM, i complained him "why u didnt investigement why i killed u?", and he told me nothing, he just punished me i succeeded to kill him, he didnt trying prove my fault before punished me,

he is unfair and rotten admin, i think he is must be resigned from the admin, admin must be fair and has cold heart for him though

 Killing or arrest the criminal is its job, police must be needed super power,

So i suggest a big plan, it will make police ezily do their job in mcnr,

It must be needed minigun, RPG launcher, stinger, and police can buy them by 1 dollar for ammoes of 3,000

At their base and ammu, rpg, stinger are too,

Police must be needed rhino tank, police cars hydra, rustler that has 9,999 of health,

They must can be call out sports car that has 9,999 of health,

The criminal has much adventages, i suggest the criminal cant get any weapons except purple dildo,

Katana, nite stick, shovel, so police can arrest them ezily,

The criminal must be run with their feet only, for making justice and  space police,

Police must can be broken server rules for kill the criminal,

Its mike the server owner and some elegent police users dream such as theDan the admin, bruno98 etc
