| Details | | I entered the server for the first time in the day, I just appeared in LVPD and the reported player started shooting at me, I ran and the player ended up killing me anyway as you can see in my /actions.
Later, I needed a vest and went to the PD, the players "Unknown_ and xDaZz_." They were at the entrance and when they saw me they started shooting (they were orange and they went up to most wanted), waiting for low level cops.
I want to add that these players, who only go to Sultan's to hunt low level cops, are the players who do NOT need Mike's cop and robbers and they are the ones who do not allow new users to enter the server, thanks. |

Edit: You can only destroy a person's vehicle if they are still alive and you are destroying it in revenge or trying to destroy so it can blow up in hopes of them dying from it or fleeing their car. Otherwise destroying a vehicle after you have killed the player is not allowed.

Cops with a rank of less than 10 can get on as passengers in a unmarked car, I understand that they cannot drive, but many times we need a partner to accompany us or pick up someone in the middle of a chase and most cops are not rank 10.
