Closed / Car mods with extra modifications, are they allowed?

Hello.
I usually play SA with mods - mostly to get a smoother experience (fixes for +60fps, widescreen, skygfx etc..., pretty standard stuff for 2022 tbh). And, cars. I play on this and any samp server actually with car mods and never had issues until now, i downloaded a Mitsubishi eclipse that is tunable (gtainside) and replaces a car which in game has 3 liveries vanilla. The mod has 4 liveries and i chose the 4th one, 10 sec passes and i get kicked for cheating. I got scared and immediately uninstalled any mods from that creator cuz i had multiple.
So now goes my question - can i use car mods with more customization than vanilla or do i not? Thx in advance.

Personally think that you should allow r2 and r3, also how can you not know to go in a website and press the download link, is it THAT hard, I was wondering why alot of my friends weren't playing, could be it, so if we plan something out smartly we can solve it yet keep the safety

Lets say for example you are broke, and you have a nice looking pricey car, so instead of scrapping them you can sell them to other players, if you had them since day one you would like someone who needs it and treats it better, not scrapping it

So, for example emp and shockwave, for example need ofr speed rivals, having a shockwave would be cool, having different variants of cop car would be cool like patrol for rank 1 to 5, speed force for rank 6 and special vehicles for rank 7 to 10,

some features like a corrupt cop who for examle bribes, murders someone then blames it on someone innocent like GTASA story mode, id like some features from other games like gta 5
This is just a suggestion and its probably too hard to implement or would make cops have no limits.

Ban or infraction appeal? - i didn't use any cheats.
Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone - it was 11AM croatian time
Ban/infraction reason and details - it shows banned for code 43, i was driving customiying my banshee and got banned
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? - i didn't use cheats, i only had a car pack mod and the SRT3 retexture
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? - I was pretty laggy but i didnt fight, i was chilling in my banshee
Any witnesses that can vouch for you? - nobody
Any more information to provide? i have a mod that gives banshee custom paintjobs

So, the other day I was playing with some friends, then this person came in and started calling us gay. We ignored her, she kept killing us for no reason the last 2 weeks and she made me waste thousands of dollars, keeps calling everyone gay and today was paused for 9 hours in one piece. She keeps annoying me and my friends and kills me for no reason, and it's getting annoying because she is a girl and keeps talking about boy stuff, so what she does: offends, kills (for no actual reason).

So, there can be a mission called truck raid, so there, you need to have a team of atleast 3, one of you has to hijack the truck, then you get wanted level 4, you deliver goodies to hideout and get 10 - 30k depending on what is in the truck.

Invalid Bugs / Falling thru floors in houses

So, I choose to spawn at my house, and when it spawns me inside the floor, when I come to the carpet I go back to normal but this bug is pretty annoying because it means I sometimes fall in the void.

So, we all know how some vehicles have different modifications, some have a lot and some have just 4. To make it more balanced in personalization I would like a few features other servers have, that I would really like here. So, we might want for example neons, everyone likes glitter and lights, so this would be perfect for those people, engine swaps, for example: you put a banshee engine in a sabre, and the engines vary, if it's a cheap car 3 - 5k and for expensive cars 5 - 10, heck even 20k, painting separate parts, i would really like a black spoiler on a red elegy, and stuff like this.
