Heist Preparations.
The player must complete a list of requirements to start the heist (similar to what unites in GTA Online)
For example, stealing or buying a getaway car - buying explosives or hacking technology, to break into the safe.
The player can do all this from a board in their house, and they can invite other players.

The Boxvile and the DFT-30 in the their Smuggling & lumberjack missions plays the police chatter radio instead of a regular radio.
