There's no one trying to revenge anyone I barely even know the guy, clearly it was a misunderstanding he was refunded for being jailed even though he lost nothing, he wasn't warned/infracted.

I understand that you had a revenge on him. However, the rule states that the revenge is only valid for 30 minutes and checking the timestamps you went over said rule by 52 seconds which is going to count as RDM.
