Title: Make Nickname Changes Trackable

It's annoying to see people change their nicknames all the time (at least for me). However, I know a server where this system is implemented. There is an automated list of players getting their nicknames changed on their forum(using a shortener so as not to advertise): https://bit.ly/3hFbJS9

Admins have access to a list of name changes and what they were previously, for log purposes.

When a player changes their name it's usually to have a "clean" slate to a degree. If they want you to know who they were they can tell you, I personally feel we should respect this privacy.

How many times people gonna keep suggesting this without using the search button and see if it's suggested before or not.
