Rejected Suggestions / Combat Medic For Cops Only.

There should be a special medic for cops only, because a combat-able public servant not being able to help other public servants in fighting criminals is kind of dumb.

The Combat Medic is unlocked at Level 8 Cop Class and Level 5 Medic Class (optional). It has the standard equipment of CIA and can request a Medic Ranger.

It can instantly heal 50 HP of a single cop mid combat. The HP can be temporary or permanent as per balancing. While Healing, The Medic Must not have shot his gun or been shot for atleast 5 seconds, no such restrictions for the person being healed, and the medic has to play the standard healing animation for medics while healing.

 The Medic cannot heal himself. The cooldown for the heal can be 3 minutes, or whatever feels appropriate as per balancing. The Combat Medic is to be treated as a cop, hence all coprules and Police-DM rules apply on the combat medic. The Medic has no real passive bonuses (no headshot damage negation or unmarked vehicle request). If there is anything else that you would like to add/modify/change/suggest feel free to do it.

Um I don't mean this to be a feature to go afk in. Its the same as breaking into an unoccupied vehicle, you just spam Enter till you break in. Its meant to be a buffer for when someone is trying to break into your car. You see the notification of seeing someone break into your vehicle and you can back up or get the car out of there.

Would kinda make them a little OP tbh. I could freeze the player though I suppose, but that would suck.

I will test this myself tonight to get a proper understanding of the issue and see what I can do about it.

Maybe you can make skimmers require a special license or special skeleton key in order to make them less OP.

Sounds like a SA-MP issue I'll be unable to fix.
Kind of a stretch but if its not fixable, can you make all skimmers not require hotwiring?

In any skimmer, if you enter and start driving before the skimmer is hotwired, you will move but as soon as the skimmer is hotwired, you cannot move the skimmer at all.
You can sometimes continue driving the skimmer after hotwiring if you use the rudder and go forward to move the skimmer while it is in hotwiring phase but then it gets respawned (Needs more testing.)
Also after you get locked out from moving the skimmer and exit, and try again and get locked out again, if you exit again and try to enter again, the skimmer is respawned.
Shouldn't be hard to replicate.

Allow the drivers to lock the car doors to every car (not just owned or the ones they have access to), so a guy can't just come near an occupied car, jack it and run away. Also please add a hotkey to instantly lock the car while you're in it (Like U key).

There's an "Assigned To" line for bug reports, and knowing that Mike is the only dev atm, was there another Scripter before? Because if not then that line seems redundant.

What do you want me to do, rewrite SAMP?

The script has absolutely no control over or detection of throwables. I can't tell when you throw them or detonate them (satchels), I can't tell where they land, I can't remove them or place them. I give you the weapon and you do what you do and SAMP does what it does (badly sync it).

These are not issues I can resolve myself.

Okay so theres people who want it for clutch situatuons so lets just reduce its count to 1 or 2 so people can't mass spam it. As for sync, well I'll pray to the luck gods to hope it works well when I seldom throw a molotov.

I'll take reducing the Molotov ammo count.
As for satchels, I guess just make them cheaper do people will give it a chance to try.
