Well... had a good/worst year with y'all peeps. But, time always comes for everyone...

The best ever CnR server that I've never found before. Mike's Cops and Robbers

I've got many best memories with this server. I joined this server on December 2019. And my true registered date is 15/12/2019...

y'all maybe thinking how is this possible... Well... Telling after sometime.

Some of the staffs/members' description from me:

@Mike : Bro, you've made an awesome server bro! Loved it too much. From the intro to my ban... Loved it. But, many things are copied from another server after I joined ... server. I didn't believe it that it's copied too much from the server... Anyways... for the updates, this server is never going down.

@trina & @Xx_Clara_Bunny_xX : Huh... the best sisters that I got never before. They helped me a lots of times... I just want to say thank you for everything. When I came in the server, only n only they helped me a lot.

@Flyburger , @UnforgiveN , @Frost. , @Boris , @sousage , @Grove_CJ12 , @Venom. , @MaddDogg , @GiGi & @EVERYONE who is known to me: Love y'all than my life bros. Only for my friends, I can do anything if they want me to do. If they really want money in-game, I can give all of my money. Love y'all my friends...

Unforgiven, ooooff my friend, when you said that you'll leave MCNR. I just cried out lol. Thought that I can't talk with you anymore. Then lol thing happened, you came back. Love you so much bro...

Frost & Boris, lol you two always do /fu boris and /fu Frost xDD   You two are very nice friends. In my area where I live, no one is my friend as everyone addicted with some types of things that are for adults like smoking......  anyways, don't quarrel with each other bye...

sousage, I dunno why you're my enemy. You were my good friend. But, in Patchy's account, you robbed me when I was medic and then you killed me a lots of times... You WERE my FRIEND...

Grove_CJ12, thanks for helping me a lot in the JuggerNaut's account... Love you also bro.

GiGi, ooofff bro, anytime I didn't talk with you like that day. You're really superb bro. Truly love y'all than my ducked up life.


But, the time comes. So, I'm gonna leave it fully. I need to remove y'all friends that are from MCNR. I really don't want to do but, I need to do this really bad thing. Thought that I'll donate in here but as I'm a 16 years old kiddo, I can't give it by myself. +This server's staffs [by a lots of things]betrayed me totally. Ain't gonna donate in here.

Okay, now... My full story in MCNR in short: Came in the server in December 2019. After seeing its intro, it made me to think that it's one of the best servers that SA-MP has. My first thing that I said, "WOOOOOOOWWWW!!!!!!! OMG THIS SERVER IS REALLY COOL!!!"...

After some months, I downloaded a cheat menu for the single-player to destroy the whole San Andreas. Some days later, I didn't know how to cheat with that. But, opened the cheat menu & then I was surprised that cheat menu worked on SA-MP. As I didn't know what would happen after cheating, I brought a jetpack and BOOM. Got banned... I also did a appeal which has "SOOOOOOOOOOO SORRY" type words and then Venom rejected it and ban stays...

After a month as I got a new IP [On those days I also didn't know what's IP, VPN, etc.] & just did a format of my laptop, I came in the server with the name of Bot950 aka [V]eteran950. All were fine. Before the day, that I got banned from it, I had a high ping. So, I spawned inside of a house type thing's inside the walls. And I couldn't go outside. So, I used airbreak to go nowhere. + I had a unknown skin. So, thought that I won't get banned. But, however Venom saw me using airbreak [I had a black screen]and again BOING "All we had to do, was just follow the damn train CJ!"............... Stopping it here. As it's a short one, I didn't write many things.

I love this server but dunno why it's a FUCKING FUCKED UP SERVER. FUCK IT, FUCK IT & FUCK IT UNTIL IT REACHES 1000 PLAYERS.

Bro, the guard can be killed with 1 punch that was in the preview's preview's preview's update or more previews. And it's now needed a huge amount of bullet + going too close will make you instantly kill.

It's OK no need to change. Cuz after robbing the bank, cops will also come with a group of four in a Sultan to gangbang us.

If it's like this... before hitting 1m, our hospital and bail charges should be 500$
                     & after hitting 1m+, our hospital and bail charges gets 1000$

It's also like some realities, we are poor= they'll say in mind, " Ahh, poor one... Let's take a few amounts of money from him."
                                        we are rich= they'll say in mind, " Hmm... rich one. Let's kill him by taking a lot of amounts of money."

I also saw many hospital doctors do these. Takes the patient for some more time to increase the charges even if he died.

Ok as far as I know from my laptop...

1. Goto Change PC settings.
2. Accounts> Other accounts> Add an account.
3. Type the account's name in the user name.
4. Type the password [new]. Verify the password by typing the new one. Give a password hint like "idk"
5. After this, a question will be asked but it's your choice tick that or not. Then click "Finish"



1. Open the new account
2. Install SA
3. Try opening...

Then tell me if it worked...

the only thing that solved it was "samp addon" but that needs samp r2 or it will crash and the problem is MCNR needss samp 0.3.7 r3 or r4 and i cant connect to mcnr :c

Bro, what was the last mod you installed? Try deleting that or every. If not works, do the last thing, create a new account.

Right click on Computer after that click on properties.
Click on ''Advanced System Settings'' and System Properties will appear.
Click on "Advanced" after that "Settings" , Performance Option will appear.
Click on "Data Execution Prevention" and Turn on the "Turn on DEP for all Programs.
Click on add and add your gta_sa.exe and samp. At last "Apply".
Restart your computer.

If you need a tutorial, then I can provide it by myself.

Did you try all of the solves? But nothing solves?     For these runtime error's last solution is only creating another new account in your PC.

What exactly is the suggestion here, because there's far too much waffling on in this suggestion, please get to the main point so I don't get bored reading 8 sentences for information that could be in 1.

From what I can gather, you want people to be able to buy a lock for their vehicle. That makes no sense - vehicles come with locks..

Just a TYPE of password. When we go to the bank vaults, we need to hack it. So, if the cars also get these types of locks... They will also need to hack a car by THEIRSELF not just automatic hacking(hotwiring).

perhaps there could be a lockpicking system similar to hacking the vault at the bank, and also the owners of their vehicles would get notified in the middle of the screen or get a message by system in the chat box

Just a bit edit of this reply of "Players shouldn't be able to steal other's personal vehicle"...

Alright, here we go?

The lock system: [First of all, we need to buy these that I'll say] If the player bought a lock[check the above quote properly] then the hotwiring anim MUST be removed when another player who wants to steal the car that has a lock.
                         A message in chat will appear [that old message this is a personal vehicle.... more protection..]. But with more informative to
hotwire the car by himself. If he did the hotwire properly, then he ain't going to get a wanted star until he passes away from a cop [range=stolen vehicle spotted]. And if he fails, THEN someone is stealing your vehicle will be shown to their owners and also get a wanted star [before he start hotwiring, a message IN CHAT will come someone sits in ur vehicle will come but with a ignorable color.]

This lock's cost should be 40-50k. And we'll have the ability to set 2 locks in our vehicle. First lock's cost is [ur choice] and if we want to set another lock in one vehicle, then it's cost will be 100K. 100K cuz if the player hotwires it properly, he'll be needed to hotwire it AGAIN. So, 100k for the 2nd time is better for 1 vehicle.

And we'll get a free type of BOOT[dunno which name should be better] if we buy 3 locks in 1 minute. And if we didn't do it, then we'll need to pay 15/25k for it for 1 car/bike.
The boot's role is it will kick the stealer from our vehicle if he fails. And also some(15-20%) of his health will be decreased cuz the boot is a steel boot so, it will hurt the player too much[xD].

The locks can be bought from the gas station.

As A LOT of peoples say, "Players can't steal personal vehicles" and Mike's answer was [mine too]"It's GTA", I mixed these into this topic. Also, user @cynosy given the idea. But no one looked at his reply...'

Thanks for reading. It would be good to implememt this idea.

CLUE:  2 Knocked out anims are performed by 2 prostitutes and 1 knocked out anim is performed by a gang member (Cesar's gang).
            1 more clue= Everyone can find them. So, go and find it before someone else!!
