Implemented Suggestions / crew/clan section on forum.

Create a crew/clan section on forum  where players can create their own crew/clan topic and invite other players. Players can request to join a crew/clan. Players can discuss and post pictures about their crew/clan in their crew/clan topic. It will also attract new players to register on forum and encourage players to be more active on forum. Note: This will not be any official faction in game it will just allow players to create their own crew/clan topic on forum where they can make friends and play together in game.

Details: ohgeesy using and distributing illegal cleo mod to other players. In this case fps unlocker which gives multiple advantage over other players.


Note: kiiruuu also said in this screenshot he already have this mod.

Now here is a proof that ohgessy's own in game picture on discord showing he is having more than 100 fps. The most fps you can have in sa-mp the legit way is 100 fps.

Here are some things that can be done with more than 100 fps:
- It does give an unfair advantage, but not in running weapons, it's walking weapons that get affected, you can cbug with even higher speed with higher fps, you can litefoot easily if you know what's that and it also makes you move left-right very fast when aiming
- You can have more accuracy with the aiming in running weapons.
- It makes you flip vehicle faster

Here is an example of flipping vehicle faster which can be achieved by using illegal mods like this.

Implemented Suggestions / Group message system

I suggest creating a group message system. Someone can create a group and invite other players where Multiple players can have private conversation.

Also a police radio/ message system where only police officers or other law enforcement agents can chat around.
