Invalid Bugs / Ticket Pay Bug

- Your in-game name: N3AR
- What happened? When i ticket a yellow /1 wanted lvl player and he pays his ticket, that money does not come into my wallet or into bank account. An admin said to report on forum.
- Where were you? Front of bank, In bank.
- What were you doing? I was ticketing yellow players.
- Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? No
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? Yes, it has happened to me many times. And about 10-15 fucked
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible. ...

- Date and time of incident if known: 2021/1/10 ( I think it's 2 or 3 days)

Imagine that. If the car owner by mistake locked the car, and imagine that they are robbing bank / chasing a criminal as cop, they need to hotwire it again :/ . And causes they can't rob bank and cops will kill them/ cops can't chase criminals.

« on: January 04, 2021, 07:57:32 am »According to me giving keys would be a sort of confusing thing and a lot of problems would occur if u just gave the car keys and then that person died or crashed. I think just using the /e (toggle engine) command like the /lock command would solve the problem. Just type /e from the same distance as of locking the cars and the engine will start. So in a completely locked and switched off car, use /lock or MMB to unlock it and then /e to start engine of the car so that other person can just get in and start driving it.
Owner of car is giving key not car. If he crashed/kicked/died the car will stay where he crashed.

It would be great if you do that.
Create a system where the owner of the car can allow another person to use his car with one cmd. Because when someone wants to drive car, they need to hotwire car and then drive. And its hard when escaping from bank. Just not for robbers it will be good for cops too.i think u are understand me.
For example: /allowcar or /ac
