Akaza has been issued with a PSO for killing unarmed / nonthreat, thanks for the report!
as for the others, they only shot your vehicle which is allowed as you were resisting arrest by running away and also trying to enter your car.

as far as i know, if they are in a vehicle and they are paused, you can kill them as there is no way to cuff or eject them out of the vehicle when they are paused.
if they are standing still on-foot and are non-threats, arrest them normally.

Pilots license doesn't even have to occupy a space inside your inventory, can just be stored as a variable similar to stats.

But not only should it cost $10,000, should also require a level limit to be associated with it as well, something like Level 25.

because you logged in and instantly came to the gas station (within 1 minute of logging in) without checking our /crimes.
you came just to fight / kill, without thinking too much about rules.
and define being with other warrants, just because 4 different players are using the gas station does not mean they are a team? there is only 4 possible gas stations in SF that we can use and we all happened to be at the Easter Bay gas station.
2 players were in 2 separate cars and 2 players were on foot.
YOU DO UNDERSTAND YOU BLEW UP THE ENTIRE GAS STATION RIGHT? police should only shoot to disable players vehicles who are fleeing, none of us were fleeing, we were using a gas station to fix our vehicles and fill up our gas. no one was fleeing, excessive force was used and a non-threat player died because of your actions.

Gotta protect yourself when a "revenger comes close", don't want someone getting the first full sawn off clip from behind, cause that's almost all your armor gone.
Plus it's not like you said "hey i wont revenge" so they just gonna assume you're waiting for the right moment from behind.

Players had every right to kill you due to them being MW and being suspicious of a sneak revenge attack from behind.
Why are you trying to bait like this, what was the purpose of you going behind the players who just killed you?
They are obviously fighting against your gang and feel threatened about a sneak revenge attack from you.
If you want to make yourself an easy target by stalking your killers, that is your own choice, don't report about it.
I'll wait and see what any non Bloodz and [DR] staff member has to say on the issue so we don't come off as bias.

at the time of the incident, [77]SNOOP was a nonthreat player who was also using the gas station, you took a chance to deal the most possible damage without thinking about the consequences or checking any of our /crimes by choosing blowing up the entire gas station, killing [DR]YellowFlash (who was MW so it's ok) but also killing [77]SNOOP on the other side, who was a non-threat (which is against /prules).
Next time before deciding to blow up everything, instead of jumping straight into your car and heading toward a criminal to fight, check their /crimes so you can avoid the situation in the future.
No infraction or PSO was issued.
