Hello. I havent played in the server due to work etc but now that I have more time i decided to give it a go again. However I have forgotten my password and dont want to go throught the trouble of making a new acc cause i use to be reasonably high leveled with my current acc. Is there any way to reset it??? My ign is Vagelisp4. Thanks in advance!!!

Ban/infraction reason and details    got banned after i was jailed the prison was bugged and the cells were open left the game rejoined and banned
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?   i didn't do anything, propably my internet being stupid
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?    I was jailed after robbing a bank and what i said above happened
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?   Hansyeet and bruh
Any more information to provide? The server seemed to lag for hans at the same time too i just happened to be banned

Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone:   about 22:45 utc+2
Ban/infraction reason and details:    Was trying to arrest someone my internet connection crashed and then i was banned
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?   i didn't use any cheates at all
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction?     my ping was unstable I guess and then it crashed
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?   Maybe the guy i was chasing but I was trying to arrest but i dont remember his name
Any more information to provide?   just this screenshot I guess
