| Details | This dude as he id rank 10 i guess but he don't know anything about cop rules and i told him more than 4 times to read the cop rules and he is doing wrong, this man killed a cuffed player called Gh0st and he is the same player that he killed while he was surrendered for him for arrest but he took him down i don't know my evidence would be good or not but this is what i can get. in the first pic he is killing an orange player, in the second pic a screen shows that he stopped a cuffing progress and he wanted to kill him for himself and cuffing him then he killed him but i can't get his actions about his kill. | |
