Why?

I'm active. Also, with my mates to which I showed this server. We would like to open up to new Polish players, whom I could help in development on the server.

(Many new Polish players do not feel well on the server without knowing English, I'm here for newbies)

Ban/infraction reason and details advertising another (not very popular) server Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? I recommended not very popular server, it was in the form of a joke What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? it was a joke because I was bored with the server Any witnesses that can vouch for you? it was such a small situation six months ago that no one remembers it, the permanent ban in this styuacji is a joke /td] Any more information to provide? I was advertising an inactive server that no one would find and it was in the form of a joke, and you took it seriously, recently I played on pst (i.e. the server that I promoted at your place) 10 years ago

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Get a permanent ban for chat spam and advertising ? I understand "mute", but what is that?
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I wrote "Polski serwerek Tokio - the best server on SAMP"
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No only /actions
Any more information to provide?	They thinking I'm is Spectrum, but its not true
