Looks like only 'Counterfeit Cash' was most wanted, whereas 'Nuclear Warhead' was only 5 stars...

Counterfeit cash is now only 5 stars also

But none of them should move you into wanted level 6. I'll test this to see if it's a bug..

Generally it would be situations like this:

1. Bank is being robbed. Cops go outside and want to pop the tyres of the suspects inside to prevent them escaping.
2. Taking revenge on someone. They're inside a building, their car is outside. You want to pop their tyres to prevent them escaping.

For #1 we need a police computer inside police vehicles that can look up a vehicle's owner. And perhaps some sort of similar device for criminals, like illegal police computer access somehow.
For #2, compare it to real life, how would you know what their car is? You'd see them getting out of it. You wouldn't have some floating label telling you.

Someone requested that I add a pink hockey mask years ago, and it's one suggestion that I think about often.

The ability to color attachments will not work with the current way player clothes are stored. I have to rethink and rewrite that part of the system. It's just not a priority at the moment.

I do think we should have bonus events like this more often, but once a week would be silly and would make it so players play less at other times, and it would lose its appeal over time.

I think once every 3 months maximum, maybe for the first weekend of a seasonal event too.

How about to have a 3d text label over vehicle?
Eg: FreAkeD's Infernus , FreAkeD's NRG-500

Player can enable/disable labels using the command /carowner

Ugly.

I'm trying to think of a situation where non-staff even need to know who owns a vehicle.. why does it matter?

I'm pretty sure this only happens for MWs. They are Most Wanted. People know who they are. Hospitals will identify them and report them to the cops. It just makes sense..

Payday payments are based on xp earned. It's based on job rank, too.

For example, a cop's base payment is $64 per 1xp earned. But they also get an extra $1 per rank, so as a rank 10 cop you get $74 per xp.
XP is awarded proportinate to the effort/risk/significance of actions, as you alluded to. For example, an arrest gives you more XP than a ticket.

So yeah, this is already a thing..

You also get an arrest bonus payment currently.

I wouldn't go as far as saying this is intentional.. But I see no real harm in this to be honest. Though bikes can be abused somewhat due to their speed and agility, they do have weaknesses (the whole feature of being able to shoot a bike to knock the rider off was a good thing I did imo).

I think buying them from the existing bike stands makes the most sense, I wouldn't have to change much. I don't think Zero RC would sell bikes...

The daily gambling allowance has been increased back to $250k from $100k. It was reduced with the reset, to encourage people to play/work to earn money instead of just winning loads through gambling.

I do intend to add a 'top ten' leaderboard system for all in-game stats. It was due to be added with the reset, but I didn't want to delay things further or rush it in and introduce bugs.

It'll be made so you can select any stat to view the top ten leaderboard in it.
