What I suggest is adding more layers of security. These are some suggestins: Add 1 or 2 security doors (one is the metar bar strutcute near the vault area entry and the other is the door on top of the stairs) that can be picked/hacked or blasted. This will slow down people and make it so you have to either hack them (which would take a while) or you can blast them (but the vault lockdown sequence would begin and cops would be notified. So its a choice between safety or speed.

You could also add more guards. Right now the guy at the vault area with the pistol just gets annihilated by the criminals. So I tought why not add more guards? And better equipped? Add like 4-6 guards (with player healt) armed with M4s or MP5 behind the pillars of the vault area. Also, I thought when players pick a bag and the alarm activates, why not spawn another 6 NPC guards heavly armed at the staff section of the bank, make them run to the hall and take positions to blast off the crims exiting the stairs room (if all that isnt feasable, then just spawn them already in the hall).

Im pretty sure a group of skilled players can go throught these without much of an issue, but it would be much harder that what is right now and take more time. Some people will say that this is hardcore, but you are robbing a bank, it shouldnt be that fucking easy and shouldnt only take a couple of minutes to do. Should take time and efford to do.

That idea could really discourage people from robbing the bank every possible turn. But I think bank (and the future casino) should be actually harder to do. 

Like, instead of nerfing that much the money that it awards, "make them fucking hard" like Solid once said. (dont take me wrong, a system like that is a must in my opinion, but I think you could nerf the cash less and make the heist itself more dangerous).

Right now, they are very easy to do if you are in a group of 8 crims. Get in, see that vault guard being shred to a pile of guts by gunfire, hack the vault, get a bag, run out, see the few cops that arrived be either gunned down, or not being able to catch the crims dashing to their cars, escaping in the fastest cars and in groups so cops cant catch you, reach hideout and repeat. The biggest danger right now is not being enought bags for everyone and someone murdering others to get their bags.

So its an escort mission for crims.
I like it.
However make it so the final cash is split or something between the escorting players (because if you get 15 grand escorting it with other people, everybody will be doing it, and the cops wont be able to stand against an army of crims in sultan tanks) and this will mean a choice between a low risk low reward or a high risk high reward (go with a group and get little, or go alone and get a lot, but risk not being able to protect and lose everything).

Right now, the dealerships car lists are a complete mess. There is no order in either price or name, and that makes it dificult to find a car even if you know the name.

My sugestion is to be able to sort the cars into 4 orders:

(name)
A-Z
Z-A

(price)
Lowest-Highest
Highest-Lowest

Even if adding all these 4 options isnt feasable, just sorting alphabetically in a A-Z fashion will make it much easier to look for a certain vehicle.

Then... idk. Doesnt seem really necessary to me as nearly nobody uses helis (and when they do few ever get buddies/partners with them), but I have nothing against either.

As you know in Mike's Cops and Robbers we have a housing system, which let's you purchase 5 (corrected by @dudesdog ) houses, which can range from dirt, worn down trailers in Angel Pine all the way up to the biggest mansions in Vinewood. Which is an excellent idea! I personally think that's a real end-game goal, to have expensive houses.


Although I agree with what you say, this is getting to a point where active rich players own all the high-end mansions. It's becoming not a matter of lacking money, but a matter of lack of offer.

Agree. I thought with the low rewards people were getting due to being next to no cops would change their mind to other types of money making strategies... But now everithing is back as usual.

That is already in the server. As long as the pilot keeps the heli still in a low enought altitude, the passengers can hold H or type /rappel and they will slide down to the ground.

So, if you've been playing MCNR in the last months, you surely noticed the Cop population drastically dropped. When I joined MCNR, the cop/civ ratio was usually 1/2, and it wasnt rare for it to be bigger. But now its very rare for the number of cops to surpass that (today there were 4 cops (including me) for 27 civs). I'm not the best cop ever, but I have an idea why:

1- The tazer is shit.

I've seen people crying that the tazer is OP, and blah blah blah, but it not. The tazers range (it isnt as bad as it used to be thoguht) is laughable at best. Anybody a bit further is completely safe. Also, since its a single shot weapon, and you got to wait for the reload. Its extremely hard to catch unarmed crims that are running, cuz even if you get close enoguth by jumping faster, you only got one shot, if you fail, you got to reload, and get close to them again. No wonder many cops just shoot everybody. And against crims with weaponds, 99% of the time you'll just have to use your weaponds against them, because they will just shoot you. Its extremly hard to hit criminals that keep jumping and sprinting. Almost all hits are just luck.

Maybe add a 2nd shot before reloading.


2- The cars are shit.

So, this will be a bit controversial, but the cars are shit. Police cruisers never catch most crims, as nearly everybody is on high-end supercars/superbikes. Pursuit vehicles solve this but only partially. Having to go into the PD garage just to get one is a bit boring, but the main issue is, since on nearly every car chase, the car gets beaten very hard, you end up having to pay to fix it (or go to the PD garage to get it again) and you cant respawn them. Personal cars can fix this, but since when do you like to use a 70k vehicle (that costs 3600$ to recover if destroyed) to catch a MW suspect that (will put a fight and shoot back and) pay a measly 600$?


3- The helis are shit.

There is no point in using a heli unless you plan one having a cop team. Most cops wont bother with going after the suspect you are chasing, and you cant do anything usefull either (cant shoot, if you land they just drive away, you are just stuck chasing them unyil your choppo is destroyed or you get bored)

Make possible to driveby from a chopper or add guns to one, since besides the aqua chopper which name i dont remenber, every one is useless.

4- Bribing is anoying both for the criminals and cops

So, bribing jailed crims is unrealiable as fuck. You go to a jail, you see a guy with a high bail, you click on them, type the bribe: "Player is too far away to bribe". He is on the jail next to the one im looking at. The I have to figure out who is him, since you cant see name tags. This also happends with the crims.

Make it so the only names that apear to bribe/offer a bribe are the ones you are in range to do so (or you can bribe everyone once you are in the jail room).


5- Its literally a high risk - low reward job

So, I'm quite noob at PvP, and I dont hide that. Since 80-90% of crims are armed, you just expect a firefight, But when you die, you have to pay 500$+400$ counting armor so 900$ to get back where you were. If you caught 2 MWs (alone) before you died, you would only gain 300$. And if you only got 1 (assuming you even get one, since they like to be in groups) you get a 300$ bill. Seriously.

Make it so at least you get a discount in medical bills when you get killed.


6- Next to no cops to team up + lots of hostile crims in groups + all the disadvantages = Mikes Robbers

For only 30$, car washes fix your entire car (bodywork, tires, engine).

You can "drive-by" from a 2 seat plane as long as you are in the passenger seat. It isn't really that efective, but it's always good to know.

well yeah being immortal is kinda op but you couldn't deal damage to others which make this fair .I'm sure there's another good idea and come over this ,but I just didn't figure it out. Because personally I don't really like this suggestion but I can't think of alternative way to prevent this.

Althought I like the suggestion, what if someone kills/robs/does something that can provoke a revenge and/or has a bounty? What if they switch to medic to avoid being killed?

It's extremely explosive in SAMP, like it sets all the other vehicles around it on fire if it blows up, and kills anyone who is even remotely close to it.

We tried to do an event with it and it was impossible.

So what? Install a car bomb and go do some casual terrorist work.

So, why cant we drive the vortex? A helper said the Vortex was disabled from the server, but besides one thing i dont see why.
The only thing against it, is it amphibious capabilities, that maybe a bit OP during cop chases, but those are offset by its multiple flaws:

Its has a big profile;
Its slow;
Near to no grip while turning;
Bad at climbing;
Only one seat;
Hard to control;

With those weaknesses in mind, the vortex may be good to escape if you are next to the coast/river, but in a high speed chase in a city you'll be crashing literally everywhere. Cops can catch you easly.
I just wanted to have fun with a hovercraft.

And if you have 35k score, the heck would you even need MORE MONEY! Shit already is cheap as dirt on the server and most people are running around with millions upon millions, at 35k score I'd have enough cash to own max houses, max garages and probs a crap ton of cars and still have left over.

Agree, but even if you got the money you'll never own maxed houses as they are simply sold out to active players.

Details: So, I was robbing the bank. There were few of us so there was no MG slaughter.
Then It was getaway time. Thought I was armed, I havent shot anybody in recent times, and I pulled my guns away to evoid becoming a target. Since some guy tried to steal my car while I was inside, I called it, so it wastn there when I got outside. I got in, but those cops got on the bumper and killed me, thought I wasnt a threat. They forgot rule 5 of /coprules but they insisted they did it right. Crimes and youtube show everithing.
