Approved Suggestions / Order the dealership list.

Right now, the dealerships car lists are a complete mess. There is no order in either price or name, and that makes it dificult to find a car even if you know the name.

My sugestion is to be able to sort the cars into 4 orders:

(name)
A-Z
Z-A

(price)
Lowest-Highest
Highest-Lowest

Even if adding all these 4 options isnt feasable, just sorting alphabetically in a A-Z fashion will make it much easier to look for a certain vehicle.

Implemented Suggestions / Buff the Police

So, if you've been playing MCNR in the last months, you surely noticed the Cop population drastically dropped. When I joined MCNR, the cop/civ ratio was usually 1/2, and it wasnt rare for it to be bigger. But now its very rare for the number of cops to surpass that (today there were 4 cops (including me) for 27 civs). I'm not the best cop ever, but I have an idea why:

1- The tazer is shit.

I've seen people crying that the tazer is OP, and blah blah blah, but it not. The tazers range (it isnt as bad as it used to be thoguht) is laughable at best. Anybody a bit further is completely safe. Also, since its a single shot weapon, and you got to wait for the reload. Its extremely hard to catch unarmed crims that are running, cuz even if you get close enoguth by jumping faster, you only got one shot, if you fail, you got to reload, and get close to them again. No wonder many cops just shoot everybody. And against crims with weaponds, 99% of the time you'll just have to use your weaponds against them, because they will just shoot you. Its extremly hard to hit criminals that keep jumping and sprinting. Almost all hits are just luck.

Maybe add a 2nd shot before reloading.


2- The cars are shit.

So, this will be a bit controversial, but the cars are shit. Police cruisers never catch most crims, as nearly everybody is on high-end supercars/superbikes. Pursuit vehicles solve this but only partially. Having to go into the PD garage just to get one is a bit boring, but the main issue is, since on nearly every car chase, the car gets beaten very hard, you end up having to pay to fix it (or go to the PD garage to get it again) and you cant respawn them. Personal cars can fix this, but since when do you like to use a 70k vehicle (that costs 3600$ to recover if destroyed) to catch a MW suspect that (will put a fight and shoot back and) pay a measly 600$?


3- The helis are shit.

There is no point in using a heli unless you plan one having a cop team. Most cops wont bother with going after the suspect you are chasing, and you cant do anything usefull either (cant shoot, if you land they just drive away, you are just stuck chasing them unyil your choppo is destroyed or you get bored)

Make possible to driveby from a chopper or add guns to one, since besides the aqua chopper which name i dont remenber, every one is useless.

4- Bribing is anoying both for the criminals and cops

So, bribing jailed crims is unrealiable as fuck. You go to a jail, you see a guy with a high bail, you click on them, type the bribe: "Player is too far away to bribe". He is on the jail next to the one im looking at. The I have to figure out who is him, since you cant see name tags. This also happends with the crims.

Make it so the only names that apear to bribe/offer a bribe are the ones you are in range to do so (or you can bribe everyone once you are in the jail room).


5- Its literally a high risk - low reward job

So, I'm quite noob at PvP, and I dont hide that. Since 80-90% of crims are armed, you just expect a firefight, But when you die, you have to pay 500$+400$ counting armor so 900$ to get back where you were. If you caught 2 MWs (alone) before you died, you would only gain 300$. And if you only got 1 (assuming you even get one, since they like to be in groups) you get a 300$ bill. Seriously.

Make it so at least you get a discount in medical bills when you get killed.


6- Next to no cops to team up + lots of hostile crims in groups + all the disadvantages = Mikes Robbers

Rejected Suggestions / Add vortex to dealerships

So, why cant we drive the vortex? A helper said the Vortex was disabled from the server, but besides one thing i dont see why.
The only thing against it, is it amphibious capabilities, that maybe a bit OP during cop chases, but those are offset by its multiple flaws:

Its has a big profile;
Its slow;
Near to no grip while turning;
Bad at climbing;
Only one seat;
Hard to control;

With those weaknesses in mind, the vortex may be good to escape if you are next to the coast/river, but in a high speed chase in a city you'll be crashing literally everywhere. Cops can catch you easly.
I just wanted to have fun with a hovercraft.

Details: So, I was robbing the bank. There were few of us so there was no MG slaughter.
Then It was getaway time. Thought I was armed, I havent shot anybody in recent times, and I pulled my guns away to evoid becoming a target. Since some guy tried to steal my car while I was inside, I called it, so it wastn there when I got outside. I got in, but those cops got on the bumper and killed me, thought I wasnt a threat. They forgot rule 5 of /coprules but they insisted they did it right. Crimes and youtube show everithing.

Fixed Bugs / Multiple bugs and glitches related to placing boomboxes inside

So, a while ago I suggested being able to place boomboxes in side properties.

And just a day or two ago it went into the implemented section, so I checked it out, and found mutiplie glitches related to it. Since they are related to the same thing, I thought in posting them altogheder.

1. You cant get one on your hands inside your house, you got to exit, select it, and go back in.
2. When you place it, despite being there and being interactible, the text and the model are completely invisible
3. When you try to play somethign, It doesnt work

Implemented Suggestions / Anti Noob cop system system

So, to simply put, noob cops shooting non threat crims has skyrocketed lately with many new players joining the server.
Instead of another layer that stops them from joining the blue team, maybe expand on this system where you cant damage a white/yellow player.
This already stops unarmed criminals, but I've been one of those people who despite carrying weaponds and having a wanted rating, never shot/hurted nor aimed a gun at anybody. And yet the systems makes me a free fire for cops.

My suggestion is:
Add two requirements that should be met for a player to be considered harmless and damage by cops be disabled:

1 If the suspect hasnt harmed nor shot anybody in X amount of time, this tag is met

2 To balance it so the wanted dont get time to just cycle weaponds and aim at the cops without any chance of the law fighting back, make even if the crims have weaponds, the cops can only shoot if they have them equipped (but even if the crims equip that, the "Threat tag should be temporary if the condition above is met, so if the crims happen to have the guns equipped when the cops arrive they can unequip them if they want to be treated as a harmless player, because it wouldnt be fair to just happend to have your guns equipped, and even if you unequip them, the cops would keep shooting at you)."

Im not gonna say this is a flawless system nor a perfect one, but I think this would certainly stop a lot of noob cops from killing undiscrimatly.
Tell me if you see any flaw or stuff that could be improved.

Rejected Suggestions / Drug efects suggestions

I know drug dealing will be added sometime in the future, so I wanted to share some drug efects suggestions (based of the real life efects of these drugs)


LSD (also known as acid): Alucinations (strong visual efects such as heavy screen wobling, weird colors, twisted screen etc)

Ecstasy (also known as MDMA, candy, sweets): Stimulant, so bigger sprint speed and stamina (and maybe some light visual efects due to the "hapiness" efect this drug gives)

Meth (also known as speed, crystal): Similar efects as ecstasy, but stronger (but more prone to illness/overdose) and maybe add a special screen shaking, like the one you get in GTA V when you are about to become sober.
 
Marihuana (also known as weed, grass): Relaxing efects (like slower sprint speed, and some light visuals efects like some screen wobling etc) but with a heath regen feature to make it usefull.

Heroin (also known as horse, hero): Since it derives from morphine, maybe a good health boost

Cocaine (also known as coke, snow, powder): This drug can cause anxiety and anger, so maybe a strong meele damage boost and a slight health boost

Crack Cocaine (also known as crack, rock, gravel): A derivative of cocaine, so maybe even stronger efects (but a bigger risk of illness/overdose) and the same shaking effect of meth


To prevent rich players (and poor junkies) from buying and consuming bricks of drugs, maybe add a risk of illness and overdose.

There is always a risk of illness, but it starts small, and the more doses the player takes in a short time the bigger risk it has in becomign ill.
If the player takes too many drugs on a short time, it may just die of an overdose (unless a medic is present to treat him, but the drug efects dissapear once treated)

The "bad" side efects could be based on the strenght of the drug, like lighter drugs such as MDMA and Weed being less risky, and stronger drugs such as coke and meth having a bigger risk.
It could also be related to the quality of drugs, as lower quality drugs being riskier but cheaper, and vice-versa.

EDIT
Also, what about being able to mix drugs with drugs or drugs with alcohol in order to get a mixed efect? Like hero and meth to become a physical monster like Brucie, or alcohol and LSD to double the fun. But again, in order to prevent people from taking lots of diferent drugs and becoming essencially super-soldiers, make it so if you mix drugs with drugs or drugs with alcohol you run a very serious (45-65%) risk of overdose, even if you only take one dose of each. This will make people seriously think if they should risk taking these to become unstopable and then go straight to the hospital.

After helping that guy escape, we were both on my car. Then out of nowhere he dissapears and /loc showed he was 3.2km east. I thought he was on some sort of interior/mission or something that would have teleported him, but there were no buildings neaby to take him 3.2km in a sec. I asked him how he did it, and he said he was hacking. Initially I thought I was a joke, but he assured me we was actually hacking. He was a nice guy, but he knew hacking was not allowed on this server.

Once I got out of prison, I decided to repair my 2 cars which were damaged on a chase. But I didnt have the cash, so I went to the nearest ATM (thanks Mike for the new ATMs) to get some. Then those 2 all of a sudden apeared out of nowhere and started to shoot my car. Then, when I got out of the car, they began to shoot me and killed me. As you can see on my crimes, I didnt do anything that justified revenge nor I was most wanted.

So I was messing with the cops on my bike, but accidentaly fell into the water.
Then I tried to run by boat, bu the cop got on it. Instead of disabling the boat or boat jacked me. The cop decided to shoot me and kill me.

IN short, I've noticed sometimes its a bit hard to find a house on certain locations for sale. So I did recon around the entire map and got coordinates and suggestions from new houses to be added. I searched exausltly, trying to find every single possible house unused I  found a lot of new houses... and i mean a LOT. Theres enoguht for a major update. Some you may not agree on, and thats fine. I just wanted to share more locations, so nobody has to search hard for a house.

After reading this list you'll think I'm insane (and I think you are right). I did this just to contribute to this server.
This search for houses was simply exaustive (2-3 hours of driving around in a Mesa)
I mention lots of apartments, but all of them have multiple doors access (like motels).
This is a simple suggestion for more houses.

So, this may not sound much usefull, but I would like to be able to buy a monster from dealership so I can mod it freely. Sure I could steal one, but hotwiring it every time would become anoying.

Rejected Suggestions / Fix stealing cars

The new car security tweaks simply broke personal car theft.
I live off stealing modded cars and scrapping them, but:

First off, if you try to break in, even if the owners are far, they get the notification, and they'll just recall their car, and it may dissapear before you complete the 30 F need to enter.
Even if you get in and hotwire it, they can still recall it, and force you out of the car.

To balance, maybe never allow the owners to recall their car if someone is breaking in or inside drinving it. That will force them to either rush to stop their car from being stolen.
And I know that you can recall your car because it was anoying to not be able to get a personal vehicle, but it makes it literaly impossible to steal a car.

I know these things were added to prevent rampant car theft, but in this state, you might as well make it so you cant steal personal cars.

I was waiting for a friend of mine to get of jail. I locked my car to prevent newbies and noob cops from jacking me. Then that guy comes, and then Ninjajacks me. He after getting onto my car didnt even take it, he just wanted to kill me, so its also a sort of DM

So, I was on my daily cop vs bike troll. Then I came into contact with Mr. Narco. Most cops just shoot the bike to knock me down, but even thought I was down and on foot, Narco kept shooting and then he killed me.

In short, I was robbing the bank. I was unarmed, but no cops showed up, so everithing was going fine. But then GIANT came and began shooting at me for no reason. Medics are soposed to only help players, and only shoot in self defence. They should no side, helping both crims and cops. But GIANTMAHDI didnt get it and thought medics could be vigilantes.
