| Details | Looking to rob the bank i went down killed the guard and cracked the safe, checking the mini-map i saw a cop in the building, so i left without a bag, i was almost out, next to the exit he started shooting, i did not have at any point a bag or previos crimes that would make me a threat for him, in the clip can be seen that i never held a weapon and that another player was shooting him but he still chose to kill me, in rules does not state that cracking the safe or killing the guard makes me a mostwanted or a threat, the player states the he is no longer part of the staff, if he still is, i have report that is waiting for 1 week today. | |

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?: i got infracted for rmd when i was just close of my team mate, near him

him to not help, the time stamp is 15 secounds time that is long if you can say that because he got out of the bank and i was behind him and had got inside of his car

Details As can be seen in the videos below, the guy waited me at PD to rdm, he got killed while waiting there(that can be seen as well), got put in jail, in the mean time i got out of jail and he got br from Vendetta (his helper), going up to take my weapons
he started shooting me having no rev because he helped killing me prior to that encounter, i know that because @Loewie got 2 points of infractions in a situation that was exactly the same with @SilenTHunteR, it feels bad after he got that many rdm
infractions, he is still not checking if he has or he does not have revenge just starting to shoot in every situation, i don't have my fraps on all the time just when i'm sure people will break the rules because is not the first time or last when he
does this and i'm gonna start a conversation about the fact that he started the c bug with his shotgun.

In your head, cuz in reality won't work we can imagine that if you get scammed 100times and you get your money back once you will be equal right?
Do you try do defend your boyfriend or something, i might not be the only one that got scammed, and as i said in game he deserves the money, i need to learn that trusting idiots online is not good conduct,
500k for me may not be a lot but for the Spookey that shows 50mil in chat looks like it is.

Spookey ex member [wT] scamming on dice, you can see here everything that proves that, while dice-ing he was writing in chat the numbers, i realised that after we did 1 game and paid him 500k, don't realy know how people like him get into crews but whatever there is a reason he was let out, i know that he sell donor status for cash as well so take care guys.

« on: January 25, 2024, 01:11:32 pm »All these properties were sold before mike updated the "Cash Man" achievement so it means these transactions were added to their achievements and i guess thats something that should also be noted before resetting accounts of few players and they should get the same treatment because any of us who completed this achievement never hid anything nor we knew it would be considered "bug abuse" later on. But no, Cashewz got his castle back and he didnt bother digging deeper and didnt search for anyone else. And for mikazuki, obviously he wouldnt say anything regarding this because he's a wT's dog, which he always have been, and he wanted all those properties to be owned by wT.
we all know that wt accounts will never be checked because the staff is protecting them and at this moment the skills need to be checked as well, after 4 years as a member of the staff you can't rush and delete accounts for a reason that in the past was punished in other ways and with no investigation. If one was done we need to see it with dates and hours prior our accounts delete.
Every new player or old one should think about the fact that rules are bendable for some people we already see that in our cases and overdose case, we got treated like players that have abused "bugs" all of our life, my account having never received a punished in the case of overdose everyone saw the love that staff has for him and the hate that the community does, with that said play the server as a dog or expect your progress to be gone after using features of the server.

In one of the conversations it's said that they checked the logs, they never did that, we got our accounts deleted in less than 20minutes after the bug was reported while @Cashewz and @Mikazuki were talking to @Niovie on my side they never asked anything just deleted the account with no questions asked, for sure we were scared knowing @Mikazuki has a grunge against us because we keep messing around with [WT] members (while respecting the servers rules) so him there, after @Cashewz made the first punishment meant he had something to do with it.
We know for a fact that [WT] members have been tipped, looking at the properties you can see that our 2 houses in Ganton have been bought by a member from [WT] @Niovie farm also and my house in Mulholland and the other farm and house was probably out of reach after spending 4,5m in less than 10minutes.
Our accounts had a value of 11.8m total with the so called "bug", bug that as everyone knows gives you 4m for 2 people and it can't be recreated, after the math is done everyone can see that our prop were worth 7.5-7.6m and we had 200k left that have been used for the "bug".

I was a player here for a short time, having less experience on SAMP than most of you, i don't want to defend myself because i don't think that what we did was an exploit or a bug we just want the truth to be said and @Cashewz do exactly what you said that you will do, with that he knows that he can't and everyone that has a chance to talk with the people that "abused" the "bug" will know that we were punished probably because they wanted to buy our properties.
I see that a lot of you are saying that what we did was wrong, no, when you will find the truth you will call it just smart, 2 players won't play for over 11h(non-stop) from the time the server started again untill 4am when our accounts got deleted. @Cashewz @Mikazuki you two were online at that hour if i remember right, two staff members online and we are doing "bugs", what were you two doing, catching feelings for the houses of others ?
Keep your word and do what you said. ("any bug exploiters will get their stats wiped clean, regardless of clean grinding or not to make it fair to everyone else").
