It's a third party mod. Players can download and install it use it but it cannot be scripted. Mike already scripted emergency light which you can toggle by pressing n.

Cops are allowed to work with wanted players in this server. Corrupt cops are a real thing in this server however cops are not allowed to attack another cop that will be consider as cop dm. This player shouldn't be punished.

« on: July 22, 2019, 04:57:18 pm »In the image the bicycle near to us.. It was his bicycle.. When i shoot him with m4 the bicycle put him on the ground.. And he left.. Before arrested.. As i said too i didnt know if he was a quitter..but now if its not a proof for you then let it.. He will do that everytime..That is not enough proof for me. Vehicles can be unoccupied anywhere on the map that still does not show us if he is the one was operating that bike or not. If he will do that every time that is a good news then take better proof next time or he will most likely get busted by an admin in game.

And I clearly said this will not be official faction in game. What I said was players can create a clan on forum, they can make friends and play together in game. Read again.

As I said in this picture it shows him quit in chat but we cannot see where he was when he quit so for me this evidence is not enough. For example let's say you quit in game when you are not near me but I report you on forum showing a screenshot on chat saying you quit the game. Should an admin punish you for quit to avoid arrest?

Create a crew/clan section on forum where players can create their own crew/clan topic and invite other players. Players can request to join a crew/clan. Players can discuss and post pictures about their crew/clan in their crew/clan topic. It will also attract new players to register on forum and encourage players to be more active on forum. Note: This will not be any official faction in game it will just allow players to create their own crew/clan topic on forum where they can make friends and play together in game.

I cannot see where the player was when he quit in your screenshot. Multiple pictures or video showing him actually quit in front of you would be helpful.
I think it's time to ban this jerk, he's already been reported for it several times
In your screenshot it shows you have already taken him down before he quit. To me those are not valid proof but I will not close this topic in case if another admin wants to point something out or if they have seen this player broken the same rules.

In the first picture it is showing that you are aiming at the_first_avenger so it put his life in danger and he is allowed to shoot you for self defense. Even if he is the one started shooting you first he still did not break any rules because he became orange by robbing you and you could have arrested him. Arrestable players are allowed to kill cops so they wont go to jail or for self defense. Case dismissed.
