What was happening? | we were in a war zone, my clan after getting killed, we respawned at the hospital and haw (which was an enemy and was shooting 1min before) us spawned too, i saw him trying to escape from us and i shooted him, then vippy finished him, just after this i got a 2 months/3weeks ban |

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Hi, i've been a mcnr for a long time, before i was playing as usually, i saw wassaby killing a MW, running to ammunation and 10 sec after that i killed him (i was mw too) he was running towards us.. like we didn't followed him... i I thought this still couldn't be done.. i mean few months ago this was allowed, if a mw saw a cop killing another mw, you could've killed the cop, i might not be aware of new rules, or maybe just an error admin has done.. |

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Hi, i've been a mncr player for a long time.. in about 20/1 i've got banned for rdm/insults for 1 week, just yesterday i tried to log in the in order to see acc too see how much was the time left for the ban.. i may have logged in using my vpn i usually have it automatically turned on, i might have logged with an already banned ip address.. i don't know |

and then came to me to desperately seek for revenge, as you can see in the log i actually shot his vehicle while not inside just 1 time, 1 bullet, while the other player blizz (that i didnt even knew 2mins before of this) did all the job, i was fighting him while he was standing still to his car so it's absolutely normal what happened

| Details | as you can see the aimbot is very clear, the moment he snipe me the first time, i jump away and he hit me again even if the screen is totally black and nobody can't see, he wiped my armor randomly,with not even seeing the screen as it is black, which obviously this is impossible without using some sort of aimlock or toggle. | |
