I don't think it's needed honestly. If there's any officer who shooting randomly (this is against our server rules) you may go ahead report him to online admin in-game or by submitting a report on forums

I agree with it, also I really recommend to change the jail time for seconds instead of minutes and make it faster, it's still very slow

I'm thinking about adding god mode or anything else which shouldn't let other attack you in the jail or making it way possible to fight you but you won't die.
Transferring to another cell doesn't work always, sometime I request to transfer it teleport me back to the cell I was in before. It's pretty annoying especially when a player keep fighting you to death, once you re-spawn, he re-attack you again over and over again

In one side that which is annoying I agree with you but in another side, it's more realistic thing and fair. I mean if you think about it if you got shot from a Sniper on your head, you must be dead.
But, what about making it like if the player has armor you need to be shot twice on your head, if you don't have armor, you should be died immediately.

1. Make it so the hospital staff don't always find out you're wanted.
2. Make it so when you're wanted and die you respawn at hospital with your wanted level intact.
3. Make it so when you're wanted and die you respawn at hospital with your wanted level intact unless there are cops nearby in which case you go to jail.
4. Make it so after the death you respawn outside jail instead of at the hospital to bypass the time.
Thoughts?
I'd vote for num 1 honestly, I think it's more realistic and fair.

A lot of times happened when you save all your money in the bank then you get arrested. Once the time is over, you gotta pay the bail but you don't have the amount of cash to pay it.
Let us able to pay the bail via the bank account - I mean is If you aren't holding the amount of cash required for the bail, you get minus in your bank account for paying the bail.
Spending time in the jail because you don't the cash to pay the bail it's just too long as well, especially when you had more than 6+ stars or high wanted level. Make a way to make it shortly and easier for newbies.

Title says everything. Basically, it would be more fun for players to join any store while begin robbed. Sometimes, it happens which a friend of yours robbing store, then you would like to join with him.
It's just for more fun and enjoyable to play.

Rejected Suggestions / Decrease the amount of cars around the cities

If it is possible to decrease the amount of vehicles in LS/LV/SF, I personally believe there's locations has a thousands of cars without any reason as well as it makes me dropping frames sometimes. It might case lag for other players.
For example, no need to add vehicle near each house, the player could spawn his/her vehicle at the house once the player bought one:

I have 3 points for the Bank:
1. It would be more fun and fair to let us begin able to join the Bank after it's begin robbed. I actually can't see any point not to let enter it once they're done robbing it. Many times I want to save the amount of money I have but you gotta keep driving around in order to not to let anyone else robbing the money.
2. Robbing the Bank happening many times in one day and it shows closed most of the times for other people due it's begin robbed. Can we get some timer for robbing the bank or If the first point been added, this can be cancelled.
3.Removing "PIN or creating Bank account". It just doesn't make any sense for me honestly you have to create a PIN or your bank account in order to save your money. Basically, let every-one has his/her bank account without going to the Bank to create one. Make it easier for the newbie in any-way.

Whenever you get arrested the jail decrease very slow, it takes long time until the player gets out from the jail. Now, could we make the time a little bit quicker or at least within seconds instead of minutes?
