Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	well I was fighting with levi , and my pl was high so i decided to run away ,so i can relog without get jailed, and when I joined again I didn't find my self inside in the jail that's mean he wasn't nearby when I quit so its fair.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	i just relog because my of my pl..

Your packetloss has nothing to do here, you literally said "cya" then quitted and joined back a minute later. You were chasing me from pd to blackfield stadium then when @sya and monkey.d.luffy came for backup you decide to run away, we were chasing you and then you quitted when we were literally 600 meters behind you.
